[Proposal Summary] Problem Statement
What is the problem you want to solve?

[Your Project and Solution] Solution
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
How we see the problem:
Different blockchain communities tend to stay in their own circles. That means many developers, investors, and creators don’t know Cardano’s strongest teams or why they should pay attention.
Our approach:
We “pop the bubble” by mixing short, curated content with a relaxed community vibe. The goal is to lower barriers: come in for pizza and conversation, stay for demos and a smart panel. This format works because it is friendly to newcomers and still valuable for experts.
Who we engage:
- Developers and founders from multiple chains (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, etc.)
- Investors, ecosystem partners, and community organizers
- Students and career-switchers curious about Web3
- Berlin is famous for its creative scene - we will invite artists, musicians, people engaging in creative industry startups
What happens on the night (18:00–00:30, w3.hub Berlin):
- 18:00 — Doors open: Guests arrive, connect informally, explore art screens and startup booths. Venue screens play a 60-second silent, captioned highlight loop from past events.
- 19:00 — Kick-off: Short welcome and simple explanation of why “multichain” (multiple blockchain communities) matters.
- 19:15 — Topic lead-in: Host frames the perspectives in the room (developers, protocols, investors, creative scene).
- 19:30 — Panel “Multichain Future” (45–50 min): Moderated by a Cardano DevRel based in Berlin. Light audience prompts to keep it interactive. Close with “Where this goes next.”
- 21:00 — Catering, Cocktails, Networking: Food, drinks, and time to meet teams and see demos.
- 22:00 — Live Concert, DJ, Dancing: Bringing everyone together to have a great time
[Your Project and Solution] Impact
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
- Visibility to the right people: builders and creators from other chains see Cardano projects & great community in person.
- Visibility to the outside of Web3 - creative industry; outstanding dynamics mirroring & leveraging Cardano's brand
- Qualified demand: Cardano teams collect real leads (partners, pilots, contributors).
- Clear message: the panel sets Cardano in a multichain context with honest pros/cons.
- Proof: public recap, aftermovie, and a simple KPI sheet.
Long-term plan
If the night performs well, w3.hub will use it as a proof of concept to build a strategic partnership with Cardano in Berlin and the German speaking market: regular co-working days, workshops, and community events that grow the local Cardano network. Always with the intention to break into new bubbles within Web3 like (Staking Ecosystem) but also outside Web3 like e.g. sports, fintech
[Your Project and Solution] Capabilities & Feasibility
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
At w3.hub we hosted last year 250 events & hackathons for the leading Web3 ecosystems including Solana, Ehtereum, Base, Algorand but also outside of the Web3 space like for Universal, Wikipedia, OneFootball, Jägermeister
