Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
In busy areas of Ethiopia and Kenya, including at bus stations, universities, and marketplaces, 100 Cardano InfoDesks will be installed.
Live demos of how to stake, buy ADA, and set up wallets will be provided by trained ambassadors stationed at each counter.
Additionally, ambassadors will offer in-person help in the local languages and deliver ADA starting packets to new users.
Their explanation of real Cardano use cases will aid participants in understanding blockchain applications beyond trading.
Building a scalable model, encouraging trust in digital assets, and increasing grassroots acceptance are all goals of this approach.
By delivering Cardano directly to communities, we will solve the lack of local education and in-person support that currently limits blockchain use in the region.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Cardano InfoDesk will encourage grassroots adoption by bringing blockchain education directly to Ethiopian and Kenyan communities.
In-person training and hands-on experience will introduce Cardano to thousands of new users, empowering them to confidently set up wallets, stake ADA, and explore real-world applications.
Through engaging seminars and ADA starting kits, the project will increase network activity and engagement while encouraging people who were not previously familiar with blockchain technology to trust digital assets.
By working locally with companies, non-governmental organizations, and educational institutions, this effect will be further enhanced.
Through input collection and evaluation, the initiative will produce valuable information for future Catalyst projects.
The scalable InfoDesk model's global replication can enhance long-term growth, Cardano ecosystem awareness, and use.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Our team at Santa Trading PLC has extensive knowledge of digital marketing, blockchain education, and community involvement.
Cardano Academy, Endubis Wallet, Ethiopian Blockchain Network, and regional Cardano community organizations will partner with Santa Trading PLC to lead the initiative.
Their combined networks and operational knowledge will ensure a smooth execution.
To guarantee accurate, reliable, and professional information delivery, each ambassador will undergo rigorous training.
We'll operate InfoDesks transparently, documenting all ADA distributions and educational programs. Partnerships with local government, non-governmental groups, and academic institutions will provide legitimacy and oversight alongside our partners in Kenya, ensuring that community members can trust the counsel they get.
Regular reporting and audits will be used to track progress and resource usage, guaranteeing accountability at every stage.
We will carry out a pilot program in a few locations to confirm viability, gathering data on ADA engagement, wallet creation, and attendance.
Prior to a national rollout, the model will be improved with input from partners and participants.
Continuous tracking of success metrics will guarantee that the project produces quantifiable, significant outcomes for the Cardano ecosystem.
