Marketing
Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We're targetting both existing $ADA holders/active Cardano Japan Community members and Web3/crypto enthusiasts who have yet to understand much about Cardano ("new comers").
For existing $ADA holders/active Cardano Japan Community members, it is crucial to preserve their involvement in the community to preserve momentum and liquidity to start new initiatives.
For new comers, they will provide new liquidity, new inspiration on how to connect further with the rest of the blockchain space, ultimately contributing to the sustainable long-term growth of Cardano in Japan.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
What are your success metrics?
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
We will be connecting Cardano with the rest of the Japanese blockchain space and attracting incoming liquidity through the following:
1.Fostering Partnerships with Key Japanese Web3 Stakeholders
Boost Brand Awareness and Trust in the Japanese Market
Drive Developer Engagement with Hands-on Events and Educational Campaigns
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Economically, Japan drives substantial trading activity, with the ADA/JPY pair achieving a 24-hour volume of $121.5 million (10.7% of global volume), making it the second-largest pair worldwide behind ADA/USDT. This surge reflects cultural alignment with Cardano's research-driven approach, staking rewards, and DeFi ecosystem, often correlating with price rallies—**_for instance, a 15% ADA price increase in 24 hours amid heightened Japanese buying, pushing the token toward resistances like $0.70 and beyond. **
As of August 18, 2025, ADA trades at approximately $0.94 USD, with analysts attributing part of its resilience and potential for 2025 highs (up to $2.69 in optimistic forecasts) to sustained Japanese demand and institutional interest.
Overall, Japan's market enhances Cardano's network value through increased participants, staking nodes, and hodlers, while providing a gateway to broader Asian adoption.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
We have been working with Layer 1 blockchains ranking high up on CoinMarketCap (Sui: https://x.com/suinetwork_jp ; ICP: https://x.com/icphub_JP ), delivering results that surpass clients' expectations, leading to continuous contract renewal with both clients (over 1 year of co-working).
Similarly, we have been working with Japanese top corporates like CASIO (Press release for reference: https://prtimes.jp/main/html/rd/p/000000105.000111379.html ), advising them on their Web3 strategies and supporting through the implementation progress of building their Web3 business.
In the same time, we are preparing for our own IPO and receiving proper audits for the process. We have high compliance standards for our work and hold our accountability precious, as we hope to prove that blockchain business can and should be compliant.
Our approach is feasible as demonstrated with our work with Sui and other projects. (For our past experience of organising a hackathon, please refer to the following post: https://x.com/SuiNetwork_JP/status/1909256835816927329 )
With Cardano's strong background and intensity of community in Japan, we believe that our trackrecord is not only replicable but can be done even better with Cardano and Catalyst.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
As explained in the Impact section, the Japaneese market represents a huge part of the market for the Cardano ecosystem and has the potential to impact the price of $ADA.
Considering Japanese volume taking 10.7% of the Global Volume and the market cap of $ADA at approximately 32B USD at the time of writing, a marketing budget less than 0.00001%, with potential of bringing the price of $ADA even if it is just 1 cent, would bring considerable ROI, hence Value for Money.
The project address one of the biggest problems with the Cardano Ecosystem - the connection with significant external parties both in and out the blockchain space. It strives to strengthen confidence of existing holders and bring in new liquidity through partnerships and onboarding of new users.
On a relatively slim budget with potential of renewal through subsequent Catalyst Fund, the project represent high value for money for the Cardano ecosystem.
