Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We are targeting both newcomers curious about Cardano and existing community members who want to connect, learn, and collaborate. We will reach them through community channels like Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, Catalyst, and outreach to European Cardano hubs. This matters because it expands Cardano’s reach in Europe, builds stronger local communities, and creates an open, welcoming entry point for new participants while strengthening ties among existing ones.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
Key activities include planning and securing the venue, confirming program details, and launching early promotion. We will build and promote the event website, coordinate marketing campaigns, and engage Cardano communities across Europe. The main event will feature talks, workshops, and networking sessions, followed by surveys and a published summary report to capture learnings and impact.
What are your success metrics?
Success will be measured by event delivery, number of attendees, and diversity of participants. We will track newcomer share, online reach, and engagement across social platforms. Post-event surveys will capture feedback and learning. A final published report will summarize results, showing how the event boosted participation, strengthened community ties, and created reusable practices for future Cardano events.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
We propose hosting one large, free, meme-powered Cardano event in Europe – a high-energy gathering designed to be accessible, fun, and welcoming.
Unlike traditional blockchain conferences that lean on jargon and formal formats, this event will center on creativity, humor, and community spirit.
The problem we are addressing is clear:
Few Cardano events in Europe are easy to attend.
Major conferences often happen in distant, expensive locations like Dubai or the US.
High travel and ticket costs exclude many, especially the creative community members who bring energy online.
Existing event formats are often too technical, discouraging newcomers.
Our solution removes these barriers by keeping the event free, based in Europe, and focused on fun, memes, and simple explanations.
By blending entertainment with education, we will attract newcomers, keep seasoned members engaged, and strengthen bonds across the ecosystem.
Key Elements of the Solution:
Big Meme Energy – Panels, workshops, and presentations infused with humor, playful storytelling, and creative visuals to make Cardano approachable.
Community-Led – Built together with European Cardano communities, meme creators, and content makers to ensure authenticity and relevance.
Inclusive Access – Free and local, making sure anyone can join without cost or complexity acting as a barrier.
Networking with a Twist – Meme competitions, creative ice-breakers, and casual lounges help participants connect naturally and start collaborations.
Impact Tracking – Feedback surveys, attendance records, and online reach will be gathered to review success and inform future events.
How This Addresses the Problem:
This event directly tackles the lack of accessible, welcoming Cardano gatherings in Europe by providing a cost-free local space for community building.
Using memes and humor as the central communication style breaks down blockchain’s complexity and makes participation fun instead of intimidating.
The event will not only be entertaining but will also spark real collaborations—projects, partnerships, and friendships that last beyond the event.
By making blockchain culture engaging and open to all, this initiative will grow Cardano’s presence in Europe, strengthen existing community ties, and onboard new participants in a meaningful way.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Our event will have a lasting positive impact on the Cardano ecosystem by removing barriers to participation and making blockchain culture more welcoming and accessible.
By hosting a free, community-led gathering in Europe, we create an opportunity for people who might otherwise be excluded due to high costs or distant locations. This ensures broader representation from different backgrounds and experiences, enriching the community with new voices and perspectives.
The fun, meme-driven format will attract newcomers who may not attend a traditional, technical conference. By presenting Cardano topics in an engaging and approachable way, we lower the learning curve and encourage more people to get involved—whether as developers, creators, or active supporters.
The networking and collaborative activities will connect like-minded individuals, spark partnerships, and inspire creative projects that continue beyond the event itself.
Finally, we will gather feedback and track participation to measure success and share lessons learned, allowing other Cardano communities to replicate and adapt this model worldwide.
In short, this project will strengthen the Cardano community, deepen connections, and show that blockchain can be fun, inclusive, and open to all.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Our team has proven experience in organizing community-driven blockchain events, online campaigns, and creative outreach initiatives. We have been active contributors within the Cardano ecosystem for years, building trust through transparent communication, timely delivery, and strong community engagement.
In 2025 we organized the Hosky Summit in Gdańsk, Poland, a two-day event with attendees from across the world. Since 2022, we have also run Hosky Degen Tours in multiple European countries, creating fun, community-focused meetups for the Hosky community. These experiences show we can successfully plan, promote, and deliver events that resonate with diverse audiences.
To ensure accountability, we will share progress updates through Cardano community channels and keep all milestones and deliverables clear and trackable.
To validate feasibility, we will secure a suitable venue, confirm contributors early, and maintain close engagement with European Cardano communities to ensure strong participation and local support.
Through transparency, proven delivery, and community involvement, we will demonstrate both trustworthiness and practicality at every stage.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
This proposal delivers strong value to the Cardano ecosystem by producing a professional, high-visibility event that is free to attend, welcoming, and designed to engage both newcomers and long-time community members.
For 60,000 ADA, we cover the full lifecycle of the project—planning, promotion, venue, catering, technical setup, event delivery, and a post-event impact summary. The result will be a memorable gathering that blends education, entertainment, and networking through creative, meme-powered formats.
Every ADA requested is tied to measurable outputs such as: a confirmed and delivered event, live media coverage, participant surveys, and a published impact report. These provide transparency and accountability under Catalyst’s milestone-based funding model.
By focusing resources on one major event, the project benefits from economies of scale: higher quality production, broader reach, stronger branding, and the ability to attract diverse contributors. Recorded media and post-event reporting ensure lasting value beyond the event itself.
By reducing barriers to participation and making blockchain approachable and fun, this proposal maximizes ecosystem growth in a cost-efficient way, ensuring Catalyst funds create long-term impact.
