Community Outreach
Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We target farmers, cooperatives, agribusiness leaders, policymakers, universities, and the public. Expo Paraguay gives Cardano mass national visibility, while Expo Pioneros connects with agri-tech innovators. We will reach them through an interactive pavilion, live demos, Spanish-language workshops, and media outreach. This matters to Cardano as it drives real-world adoption, builds trust, and positions Cardano as the blockchain for agriculture and finance in Latin America.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
Design and build a reusable Cardano pavilion with branding and demo kiosks. Present it at Expo Paraguay and Expo Pioneros, engaging visitors through live demos, interactive showcases, and Spanish-language workshops. Distribute brochures, videos, and educational content. Run media and outreach campaigns for national visibility. Share pavilion designs, demos, and materials openly so Cardano hubs across Latin America can reuse them for future events.
What are your success metrics?
Success will be measured by the number of visitors engaged at the pavilion, at least 25,000 direct interactions across both expos, 4 workshops delivered, 10+ partnership discussions with co-ops, businesses, and universities, and 3 follow-up pilot opportunities. Media reach will exceed 100,000 Paraguayans via press and social channels. All pavilion materials and demos will be reused by other Cardano hubs in Latin America.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
We will design and build a modular, reusable Cardano pavilion to represent the ecosystem at two of Paraguay’s most important expos:
Expo Pioneros (May, Chaco Region, ~15,000 visitors) – a focused agricultural and innovation fair, attended by farmers, cooperatives, agri-tech companies, and regional innovators.
Expo Paraguay (July, Asunción, ~500,000 visitors) – the country’s largest and most influential national expo, spanning agriculture, livestock, industry, technology, and finance.
The pavilion will be constructed once and reused at both expos. It will include branded structures, demo kiosks, LED displays, and multi-language educational materials. This ensures cost-efficiency, consistent branding, and maximum exposure.
At Expo Pioneros (May), Cardano will highlight solutions directly relevant to agriculture and rural economies:
Supply chain traceability demos (Originate, Reeve, Veridian).
Tokenization pilots (Palmyra, NMKR) for crops, livestock, and agricultural assets.
Financial inclusion tools (DeFi apps, Strike Finance) for farmers and cooperatives.
Identity and data (DID and PRISM-related solutions, Midnight for privacy).
Workshops in Spanish for producers, students, and agri-tech companies.
At Expo Paraguay (July), the focus will expand to national visibility and cross-sector impact:
Ecosystem showcases from Emurgo, Cardano Foundation, and IOHK.
Cardano wallets (Yoroi, Lace, Vespr, Eternal, hardware wallets) for user onboarding.
Broader product demos: Book.io, Stuff.io, Bodega, Iagon, Palmyra, NMKR.
Governance education: Intersect, on-chain governance, dReps, Constitutional Committee.
Academic initiatives: Cardano Foundation developer and academic courses.
Public outreach through Spanish-language brochures, video explainers, and live demos.
Both expos will feature:
Live interactive demos of apps, wallets, and tokenization workflows.
Four workshops (two per expo) delivered in Spanish.
Educational outreach materials freely distributed to attendees.
Media and press campaigns for national coverage.
Finally, all pavilion assets, demo flows, and educational content will be shared openly with the Cardano community in Latin America, and the pavilion will be available for reuse at future events in Paraguay and the region.
This approach ensures that Cardano makes a targeted impact at Expo Pioneros (direct agri-tech audience) and achieves broad national visibility at Expo Paraguay, positioning Cardano as the blockchain of choice for Paraguay’s agricultural, financial, and governance innovation.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
This project ensures Cardano has a high-visibility presence at Paraguay’s two most important expos, connecting directly with audiences that matter most for real-world adoption. Together, Expo Pioneros and Expo Paraguay reach over half a million people ranging from farmers and cooperatives to industry leaders, policymakers, universities, and the general public.
By using Expo Pioneros as a pilot showcase, we will test and refine the pavilion’s design, demos, and workshops with a focused agri-tech audience of 15,000 visitors. Their feedback will allow us to optimize the pavilion’s educational content and interaction flow, ensuring that when we scale up to Expo Paraguay (500,000 visitors), the showcase is more impactful, polished, and aligned with audience needs. This staged approach guarantees the largest return on investment from our limited resources.
The impact on Cardano will be both immediate and long-term:
National visibility: Cardano becomes a household name in Paraguay, seen alongside agriculture, industry, and technology leaders.
Adoption pathways: Farmers, cooperatives, and businesses exposed to Cardano tools (e.g., NMKR, Palmyra, Veridian, Strike Finance, Iagon) will begin exploring pilot projects in tokenization, supply chain transparency, and decentralized finance.
Governance and identity: By showcasing Intersect, dReps, the Constitutional Committee, and privacy tools like Midnight, we reinforce Cardano’s leadership in decentralized governance.
Education and community growth: Students and universities will be engaged through CF’s academic courses and workshops, inspiring the next generation of Cardano developers and researchers.
Regional ripple effect: All pavilion assets, demos, and educational materials will be open access and reusable by other Cardano hubs in Latin America, multiplying the impact beyond Paraguay.
In short, this project positions Cardano as the blockchain of choice for Paraguay’s agriculture, finance, and governance sectors, creates pathways for real-world pilots, and builds community-led momentum that strengthens Cardano’s presence across Latin America.

Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources
What it covers: Modular, reusable pavilion with branded panels, demo kiosks, LED displays, signage, and seating. Designed once, used at both Expo Pioneros and Expo Paraguay.
Rationale: Pavilion is the centerpiece of Cardano’s presence. A professional, reusable setup ensures credibility and cost efficiency since it can be reused at future events across Latin America.
What it covers: Rental fees for 20–30 m² booths at both expos, electricity connections, internet access, exhibitor registrations, and utility costs.
Rationale: Location is critical. A prime booth at Expo Paraguay (500,000 visitors) and Expo Pioneros (15,000 targeted agri-tech visitors) ensures maximum exposure, foot traffic, and institutional visibility.
What it covers: Transport of pavilion components between Asunción and Chaco, setup and dismantling crew, electricity/Wi-Fi beyond base utilities, and insurance for equipment.
Rationale: Paraguay’s infrastructure requires robust logistics. Covering these costs guarantees the pavilion operates smoothly, avoids downtime, and maintains a professional presentation at both events.
What it covers: Travel, lodging, and meals for 3–4 team members across both expos (1 week in Chaco, 2 weeks in Asunción). Includes support staff for visitor engagement, demo delivery, and workshop facilitation.
Rationale: A strong pavilion requires knowledgeable staff to explain Cardano, deliver workshops, and engage stakeholders. Local travel and accommodation costs are significant given distances and expo durations.
What it covers:
Ecosystem demos: wallets (Yoroi, Lace, Vespr, Eternal, hardware wallets), products (Palmyra, NMKR, Iagon, Book.io, Reeve, Originate, Bodega, Strike Finance, Veridian), governance tools (Intersect, dReps, Constitutional Committee, Midnight).
Content creation: Spanish-language brochures, handouts, banners, videos, and signage tailored to local audiences.
Rationale: Demos are the bridge between theory and adoption. By showcasing real Cardano projects, visitors can understand practical applications. Spanish-language materials ensure accessibility and inclusivity, strengthening adoption pathways.
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
This proposal delivers exceptional value by maximizing impact from a single 60,000 ADA investment. The pavilion will be built once and reused twice, saving costs and ensuring consistent branding. Expo Pioneros provides a targeted demo stage with 15,000 agri-tech stakeholders, while Expo Paraguay offers mass visibility to over 500,000 visitors. The budget balances pavilion build, booth space, logistics, staffing, and demos to guarantee both professionalism and adoption impact. By prioritizing ecosystem demos and Spanish-language workshops, the project creates a clear path from awareness to real-world use. All pavilion assets, demos, and educational materials will be shared openly for reuse by Cardano hubs across Latin America, multiplying long-term value beyond the two expos.
