Community Outreach
Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We’re targeting students, business owners, and local influencers in Abuja, Lagos, Calabar, Jos, Kano, and Port Harcourt, Nigeria’s most populated cities. We’ll visit each state, share QR codes across cities, and post on TikTok/Instagram for Cardano storytelling and updates. With 100M+ mobile internet users, Nigeria leads Africa in crypto adoption. Most have never heard of Cardano, our fun, culturally relevant approach will show its everyday value, driving lasting community adoption while educating people about the ecosystem with hands on activities.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
Create QR code with links to google form.
Visit high-traffic city spots, place QR codes, post video and pin locations via TikTok.
link to YouTube cardano tutorials playlist (Yoroi/Eternl, send/receive, staking, Drep, governance).
Participants submit wallet address, quiz answers, video comment screenshots, join group.
Early finders get ₳20, all get NFTs.
Track wallets, post updates, document.
1 month of planning and setup, 3-months tour (6 cities), onboard 50–100 per city + 2 months tracking and continuous follow up.
What are your success metrics?
Onboarding: 200–400 new wallets created (50–100 per city).
Engagement: 80%+ task completion rate (QR scan → quiz submission).
Community Growth: 200+ new Telegram members.
Education Impact: 80% of participants pass quiz on Cardano basics.
Incentives Distributed: 100% of ADA/NFT rewards claimed.
Content Reach: 100,000+ TikTok views & 1,000+ YouTube video interactions.
Retention: Telegram community created for retention, 50%+ remain active after 2 month tracking.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
We propose an Interactive Cardano City Hunt, a gamified onboarding campaign combining in-person engagement, social media outreach, and educational content. The initiative will run over 6 months, 1 month for planning and setup, 3 months covering six cities (two per month), followed by 2 months of participant tracking and documentation.
The Hunt is designed to remove key barriers to blockchain adoption lack of awareness, limited hands-on guidance, and low engagement by meeting people where they are: in high-traffic public areas and on social platforms like TikTok.
How It Works:
Awareness & Access:
A dedicated TikTok account will post location reveal videos, each tied to a hidden QR code in a busy area.
The QR code links to a task list with existing YouTube tutorials on Yoroi and Eternl wallet setup, sending/receiving tokens securely, staking, DRep delegation, and governance.
Gamified Learning:
Education & Verification:
Tasks ensure participants not only create wallets but also engage with educational content, reinforcing skills like secure transactions and governance participation.
Quizzes validate understanding before rewards are issued.
Tracking & Retention:
How It Addresses the Problem:
Increases Retention: Incentives (ADA and NFTs) paired with community integration help sustain engagement beyond initial onboarding.
By blending real-world interaction, gamification, and online education, this solution makes blockchain adoption both accessible and memorable, with measurable impact on onboarding, engagement, and retention also ensuring that existing educational contents created by community members continue to gain views and serve its purposes.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
In many cities, the word “Cardano” is still unfamiliar or worse, misunderstood. People hear “blockchain” and imagine complicated charts, expensive coins, or inaccessible technology. But what if their first experience with Cardano was not through a whitepaper or a trading app, but through a fun challenge, a short video, or a friendly quiz that rewards their curiosity?
This project transforms public spaces and online platforms into gateways to Cardano. By combining three simple elements, educational videos, on-the-ground QR tasks, and engaging quizzes, we give people an accessible, entertaining first step into the ecosystem.
Here’s the ripple effect:
In each city entered, the aim is to onboard 50–100 new people not just as passive viewers, but as active participants who complete a learning journey. This approach doesn’t require prior crypto knowledge, expensive tech, or even a bank account. It meets people where they already are scrolling TikTok, exploring their neighbourhood, or chatting with friends.
For the Cardano community, this means:
By keeping the barrier to entry low and the experience playful, we create a bridge from everyday life to blockchain participation. The simplicity of this method allows it to be scaled across cities quickly, multiplying its impact and planting seeds for long-term adoption.
In short, we’re not just teaching Cardano we’re making people feel it, enjoy it, and share it. And that’s how a simple idea becomes a catalyst for massive growth.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
The ₳43,550 budget directly fuels community growth, education, and adoption in key Nigerian cities, onboarding 50–100 participants per city through a gamified, culturally relevant approach. Every expense ties back to ecosystem value:
Participant Rewards & NFTs – Incentivizes engagement, demonstrates real ADA use, and introduces participants to wallets, staking, and governance.
City Tours & QR Activations – Hands-on outreach builds grassroots awareness, creates long-term network effects, and documents on-chain activity for transparency.
Content Production & Social Media Amplification – Professional videos, TikTok campaigns, and short-form content increase Cardano visibility and attract new users.
Project Documentation & Reporting – Open-source reports, playlists, and analytics provide reusable resources for the wider community and other builders reinforcing Cardano’s transparency and open-access ethos.
**Unclaimed ADA Documentation & Return **– Shows financial responsibility and sets a precedent for returning unused funds, building trust in Cardano-funded projects.
