Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We aim to improve the quality of Vietnam projects built on Cardano. Although initiatives such as hackathons and learning courses have provided opportunities for builders to grow, the actual number of new projects created after these events remains limited. Cardano needs activities that lead to the creation of projects with real value. Therefore, alongside engagement initiatives such as ideathons, hackathons. We will launch an acceleration program focused on strengthening both the quality of projects and the capabilities of builders from the inside out, making them grow in a sustainable way

The builder community in Vietnam has strong potential but remains underrepresented within the broader Cardano ecosystem. Many projects receive Catalyst funding but fail to develop further. The core problem is not a lack of money, but the absence of structured guidance, real-world experience, and consistent opportunities to grow. Founders often struggle with unclear direction, limited access to mentors, and no environment where they can refine both their product and their mindset. These missing pieces reduce the long-term impact of Catalyst and create a gap between funding and sustainable development.
1. Activities of the Acceleration Program
The program offers a 10-day hard work with expert-led sessions on tokenomics, business modeling, product design, and go-to-community strategies. Teams will apply these lessons immediately to refine their products, guided closely by experienced mentors. Beyond technical and strategic training, the schedule includes daily wellness and physical activities to improve the health, resilience, and focus of participants. The program concludes with a public demo day where all teams present their progress, and the top three projects receive small grants as motivation to continue development.
