There is no blockchain education to Ethiopian university students especially in Amhara. This disparity restricts them to take part in the world of Cardano, losing innovation and worldwide prospects.
We will also initiate every two months Cardano Blockchain Summits in Kombolcha University. These conferences shall serve as learning forums that shall unite students and the Cardano community.
This is the total amount allocated to Cardano Summits for University Students in Ethiopia.

70%+ report better blockchain knowledge.
1 student blockchain club established.
3+ Cardano mentors engaged.
Amharic curriculum reused by external educators.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
We are going to set up bi-monthly Cardano Blockchain summit and awareness drives in Kombolcha universities. These happenings will be open learning spaces and will see uniting of students, educators, and the Cardano community.
Every summit will comprise:
Workshops Introduction to Cardano and blockchain basics, Amharic and English languages.
Live discussions and team meetings on the applications of blockchain in Ethiopia.
Cardano volunteer/local educator guest talks.
Spaces to meet the mentors and potential collaborators amongst students.
Replication of educational materials on open-source learning.
Such event structure will warrant sustained awareness-raising, knowledge development, and community building processes after every two months.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Direct Reach: 500+ university students worked with on a yearly basis.
