This proposal aims to strengthen Cardano’s footprint in Vietnam - one of the world’s fastest-growing blockchain markets by hosting three large-scale national events in 2026.

• The events will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang, with each gathering designed to attract 100–150 participants from across the blockchain ecosystem, including founders, VC investors, regulators, SPOs, DReps, Catalyst proposers, and the media.

• The events will serve as strategic engagement platforms to showcase Cardano’s ecosystem, governance, and enterprise applications.
• Each event will feature high-level panel discussions, project demonstrations, and targeted networking sessions. These activities are designed to facilitate B2B matchmaking, build collaboration between builders and investors, and engage regulators and enterprises in exploring Cardano-based solutions.
• To maximize visibility, the initiative will leverage Cardano Vietnam’s community channels, secure PR placements in leading blockchain media, and collaborate with universities, blockchain associations, and KOLs.

As a DRep Pioneer Leader, co-organizer of the Catalyst Working Group, Intersect Member and Community Committee and certified blockchain consultant, she brings both technical knowledge and governance expertise to ensure high-quality program design and delivery.
• The marketing leadership is provided by Mr. Tuong Nguyen and Mr. Khoa Nguyen, both with proven backgrounds in Web3 marketing, social media growth, and partnership building. With experience managing Cardano Vietnam’s online presence, driving campaigns, and engaging KOL networks, they will ensure maximum visibility and professional outreach for the events.
• Operations are led by Ms. Mie Tran , an experienced Cardano Catalyst TV host and funded proposer with strong skills in logistics, supplier coordination, and community engagement. She has consistently delivered successful blockchain events and serves as an Eastern Townhall Moderator and Challenge Team member, bringing organizational reliability and ecosystem knowledge.
