The Community Engagement and Operations lead facilitates hands-on Cardano workshops for Ethiopian business professionals, guiding participants in practical exercises like wallet setup, Marlowe smart contracts, and Project Catalyst participation. They collect feedback to improve training and ensure a supportive learning environment, promote Cardano adoption through meetups, social media, and local business networks, and lead outreach to business associations and stakeholders to secure participation and support.
Role: Technical Lead & Curriculum Development
The Technical Lead & Curriculum Development is a Cardano smart contract developer, and active community member. They prepare all training materials, including slides, guides, and exercises, ensuring technical accuracy for workshops. They lead curriculum development, designing a structured, skills-based program tailored to practical learning, and deliver technical sessions for beginner and advanced learners. They support participants in hands-on coding, wallet setup, and Catalyst onboarding, manage testnet environments and practical demos, and track adoption metrics such as wallet setups, staking participation, Catalyst proposal submissions, and project completions.
