Does your project have any dependencies on other organizations, technical or otherwise?
Yes
Describe any dependencies or write 'No dependencies'
If our “Enterprise GTM Tookit” proposal gets approved, we will save one work package and thus the current proposal will come with a lower cost. Also, we will collaborate with ecosystem stakeholders (Cardano Foundation, Emurgo) to ensure messaging alignment and access to existing materials, as well as hosting options for the final resource. This is not a blocker but would ensure consistency across stakeholders and entities, and it would unlock real value immediately.
Will your project's outputs be fully open source?
Yes

Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We target enterprise stakeholders evaluating Cardano, as well as BD and ecosystem teams representing the protocol. By improving how Cardano speaks to this audience, we increase credibility, engagement, and long-term adoption. We’ll work closely with the Foundation, Emurgo, IOG, and Catalyst BD to align content and distribute the final materials across cardano.org and relevant portals.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
What are your success metrics?
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
In B2B, you don’t win by shouting louder. You win by speaking your customer’s language and guiding better. Cardano has strong assets: real-world deployments (e.g. Ethiopia), technically sound infrastructure, and a track record in public sector innovation. But its enterprise presence doesn’t reflect that.
We propose to unify and upgrade Cardano’s online presence for enterprise. Right now, the existing content is scattered, hard to find, and not designed for business decision-makers. Even the Cardano Foundation’s landing page is not accessible via the main Cardano.org menu.
We will deliver a structured, modular enterprise presence that:
This will result in:
The deliverables will include:
We will work hand-in-hand with the Foundation, Emurgo, and IOG to ensure the final result aligns with brand and messaging. The final product can be hosted on any Cardano-owned property and adapted as needed.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
This project supports Cardano’s credibility and clarity in one of its most strategic segments: enterprise adoption. Clear, relevant messaging helps:
By creating a modular enterprise resource that can be adapted, shared, and embedded, we make it easier for the ecosystem to attract high-quality partnerships. It also sets the stage for future funnel integration (e.g. contact capture).
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
This project is led by So So Scaled!, a Berlin-based Web3 GTM Lab founded by experienced operators, C-level executives, and PhDs with strong backgrounds in strategy, Web3, and growth. Our team brings a unique combination of deep technical fluency and real-world business acumen.
We’ve redesigned targeted value propositions and positioning strategies for a vast variety of companies, aligning messaging, structure, and frontend to speak directly to enterprise decision-makers. We understand what information needs to be surfaced, and how to balance credibility, clarity, and technical integrity.
The project is low-risk and light-touch, focused on restructuring and refining existing assets, not rebuilding from scratch. To ensure trust and accountability, we will:
This is a lean project with immediate value. We’re not starting from zero – we’re stitching together the best Cardano has and filling the biggest content gaps. Validation will come from:
This project will give Cardano a professional front door for enterprise and B2B. Without it, one risks mixed signals, confusion, and missed opportunities.
The following testimonials from previous Web3 projects show that our approach creates real value, that we deliver results, and our results are already trusted by ecosystem leaders:
