Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We target Catalyst community reviewers. Reaching them through collaboration with stakeholders committed to improving the review process, we build a structured, transparent path that enables skill growth, fair compensation, inclusion, and portable reputation. This matters for Cardano because, besides the advancement in the standarization of best practices in the reviewing process, it aligns Catalyst with ESG/SDG standards and emerging global regulations, strengthening trust and positioning Cardano as a leader in responsible blockchain governance.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
Transform existing guides into learning modules with assignments and on-chain certifications.
Build a sandbox for reviewers to practice and gain verifiable reputation.
Enable automated issuance of credentials and compensation claims tied to contributions.
Introduce a small treasury to reward early reviewers who participate in the sandbox, demonstrates a working model of fair, transparent compensation.
Conduct outreach to onboard reviewers and projects into this transparent, trust-building pathway.
What are your success metrics?
Number of reviewers completing the structured learning modules.
On-chain certifications minted and claimed.
Volume of contributions submitted and verified in the Contribution Platform.
Growth of portable reputation profiles built by reviewers.
Amount of compensation claims processed transparently on-chain.
Evidence of adoption by other governance or DAO projects.
Positive feedback from reviewers on usability and clarity.
Increase in traceability and transparency aligned with ESG/SDG frameworks.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
Catalyst’s current Reviewer Guide is static and limited to text. Our solution transforms it into an interactive learning and contribution journey hosted on the Andamio protocol. Reviewers engage with structured modules, complete assignments, and earn on-chain certifications that verify their readiness. These certifications act as access keys to real review tasks, ensuring only trained reviewers can participate. Once tasks are completed, compensation is automatically released to their wallets, while portable on-chain reputation credentials are minted to track and showcase their contributions.
This approach builds a dynamic, transparent, and trust-enhancing feedback loop: learning leads to contribution, contribution leads to recognition, and recognition builds reputation. Beyond Catalyst, this reputation can be leveraged across other projects and DAOs in the Andamio network. The solution also strengthens compliance with ESG and SDG frameworks by providing verifiable evidence of inclusion, participation, fair compensation, and impact, positioning Cardano as a leader in responsible and transparent governance innovation.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
By transforming the reviewer experience, our project strengthens the trust infrastructure of Project Catalyst and, by extension, the Cardano ecosystem. Today, reviewers lack structured onboarding, verifiable credentials, and reputation that carries across funds. Our solution creates a continuous pipeline where reviewers learn, certify, contribute, and get rewarded on-chain—building both skills and portable reputation.
For the wider Cardano community, this delivers three layers of impact:
Scalability & Inclusion – A 24/7 onboarding pathway ensures a constant flow of trained reviewers, reducing bottlenecks and enabling broader participation across geographies.
Portable Reviewer Reputation: Build portable, on-chain reputation for the Reviewer role across both the Learning and Contribution areas. Reputation earned in Catalyst’s community review process can serve as verifiable input for other projects connected to the Andamio protocol—such as DAOs, governance frameworks, or distributed treasury management systems.
Catalyst Aligned with ESG/SDG Standards: Position Project Catalyst as a leader in traceability and transparency, aligned with ESG and SDG impact frameworks demanded by emerging regulations worldwide. As blockchain regulation accelerates, Cardano’s main innovation engine—and the projects it incubates—risk losing market access unless practices and systems are in place to prove inclusion, participation, fair compensation, and equitable access to opportunities through verifiable reputation-building (learning + contribution). This enhances Cardano’s credibility with regulators, enterprises, and institutions.
In short, this project positions Catalyst as a pioneer in transparent, impact-driven governance, while showcasing Cardano’s leadership in building open, sustainable, and trusted systems for decentralized collaboration.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
The Andamio team has been building on Cardano since 2021, recently collaborating with the Cardano Foundation on strategic initiatives including the FC Barcelona partnership. The pipeline described in this proposal is battle-tested in production at app.andamio.io handling real users and transactions daily. We've refined it through months of production use, making it ready to serve as foundational infrastructure for the broader ecosystem.

Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources
Covers instructional design, content creation, platform integration, and testing. This ensures the Catalyst Reviewer Guide is transformed into interactive learning modules with assignments and onboarding flows that prepare reviewers effectively.
Direct allocation into the reviewer treasury to fund compensations for contributions. This ensures reviewers receive transparent, on-chain payouts for their work, reinforcing trust and accountability in the system.
Covers the holistic management and sustainability of the reviewer journey. This includes the operation of learning and contribution flows, as well as publicity, marketing, and promotion to grow awareness and participation. It also funds community engagement, project management, documentation, and transparent reporting back to the Catalyst community, ensuring the initiative is accountable and widely adopted.
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
This project delivers high value by transforming Catalyst’s reviewing process into a sustainable, transparent pipeline. The 60,000 ADA budget is balanced: one-third for module creation, one-third for direct reviewer compensation (via treasury), and one-third for operations, marketing, and reporting. These allocations match average industry freelance rates for instructional design, platform management, and community operations. Importantly, funds flow directly into the Cardano economy through treasury payouts and on-chain credentialing, ensuring measurable impact, ecosystem adoption, and long-term trust-building infrastructure that enhances Catalyst’s trust, scalability, and transparency—while showcasing Cardano’s capacity for verifiable, impact-driven governance innovation.
