About this idea

Team

The project will be led by STORM Partners’ Growth & Marketing Division, leveraging cross-functional expertise across strategy, research, content, and media execution. Core team members include:

  • Sheraz Ahmed – Managing Partner: Ensures client and ecosystem alignment, leads high-level partnership engagements, and handles senior stakeholder communication.
  • Ermias Giovanni – Director, Growth & Marketing: Responsible for campaign oversight, growth strategy development, and internal quality control of deliverables. Leads GTM planning and cross-channel execution.
  • Darby (D.J.) Bodden – Director, Strategy & Research: Provides strategic alignment with Cardano's broader ecosystem goals and supports positioning, messaging, and narrative testing for partner projects.
  • STORM Partners G&M team: A mix of channel-specific specialists in paid acquisition, content, and marketing operations, assigned based on campaign needs and funded milestones. Individual names will be disclosed based on final project selection and scoping.

This core team is supported by STORM Partners' broader ecosystem consulting division, with access to design, research, legal, and technical advisory functions as needed.
