Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem

Deliver webinars and two innovation labs—one in Argentina, one in Bolivia—to train and inspire startups and academic teams to apply Cardano to concrete sustainability issues.

It will be carried out in different phases:

1. Free virtual introductory webinars on blockchain and Cardano (concepts, tools, use cases). To encourage active and sustained participation during the educational webinars, those who stay until the end and participate in the proposed activities will be rewarded with raffles of ADA.
2. One-day in-person innovation labs in each country, where trained teams (academics and startups) design prototypes with Cardano for local challenges.
3. Remote and in-person mentors guide the teams.
4. Prizes will be awarded to the three best prototypes that continue their development in the Cardano ecosystem in each country.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Damián Hryb, a respected engineer and active member of the Cardano community since 2021, is the founder of CardanoTrees, the first fully on-chain evolutive generative art project on Cardano, where digital trees grow autonomously—merging blockchain, visual art, and environmental awareness. He played a key role in Veritree’s Initial Tree Offering (ITO), a milestone collaboration with Cardano Forest that enabled the planting of real trees through blockchain innovation. Damián has been recognized in several Cardano hackathons, including winning first place at the Cardano Tech week hackathon and second place in the Cardano LATAM Builders Hackathon . He has extensive experience developing with Cardano, has completed the Smart Contract Programming course from ADALAB–UTN (organized by IOHK), and continues to advance his expertise using next-generation tools such as Aiken. Beyond blockchain, Damián brings over 15 years of experience as a university professor in Argentina, teaching engineering and numerical modeling, which enriches his ability to connect technology with education, creativity, and sustainable impact.
