Our solution is a high-velocity Cardano Adoption Accelerator that shatters this barrier with a productized offer. We will guide six high-impact partners (Universities, Web3 Hubs, Festivals) through the full implementation of our proven framework of six Operational Modules on Cardano, using market-tested tools like Clarity Protocol and Reeve.

The selection of this cohort is strategic, designed to refine these modules and establish a new benchmark for common Catalyst project types, elevating the entire ecosystem. The partners' journeys will be documented into high-quality, bilingual, open-source playbooks. Their success will be showcased through seven total phygital events, including a capstone festival with NFT onboarding, and amplified by a media campaign reaching over 100,000 people. This entire process is designed to bootstrap the Local DAO Agents network, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem of expert guides to scale this model globally.

Its foundation was built in our Fund11-backed 2024 DAO Incubator, a 10-session program that successfully equipped eight organizations, including the IME music association, with the strategic clarity to design their first DAOs on Clarity Protocol.

We then self-funded the ambitious IME Link DAO Festival to stress-test this model under intense, real-world pressure.
