About this idea

Team

Our team combines local language expertise, blockchain knowledge, and community outreach experience to deliver impactful education across Ethiopia’s diverse linguistic landscape. Firaol Gezahegn (Project Lead) has extensive experience coordinating blockchain education programs, organizing events, and building strategic partnerships. He will oversee project execution, community engagement, and milestone delivery. Nataniem Seyoum (Language Strategy Lead) specializes in localization and content adaptation for Ethiopian audiences, ensuring technical accuracy and cultural relevance in all two target languages.

We will work with two professional native translators for Tigrigna and Afaan Oromo each supported by community reviewers to ensure clarity and trustworthiness of content. A dedicated illustrator/designer will produce visually engaging educational materials, and a media production team will handle recording, editing, and publishing of videos.

The team’s on-the-ground presence in Oromia and Tigray allows for direct outreach, effective distribution, and smooth organization of meetups. Collectively, our backgrounds in education, communication, and blockchain adoption give us the skills and network to bridge Cardano’s knowledge gap across Ethiopia’s linguistic diversity.
