In the Philippines, a 115M-strong crypto market, Cardano has a limited presence, while other chains capture the growth. Without localized education, users stay unaware, and developers build elsewhere.
Bitskwela will drive Cardano’s growth in the Philippines through a five-month campaign combining localized education, grassroots activations, media visibility, and developer onboarding.

Education
Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We are targeting everyday Filipinos, students, and developers nationwide. We’ll reach them through press releases, short-form content, Learn-to-Earn campaigns, university workshops, and a Developer Codecamp. This matters for Cardano because the Philippines is one of the world’s fastest-growing crypto markets, and localized education ensures adoption, visibility, and long-term ecosystem growth.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
Our key activities include education, branding, marketing, and local events/activations including - 15+ press releases, 15+ KOL short-form videos, a simplified Cardano whitepaper in English/Tagalog/Ilocano/Cebuano, 5+ Learn-to-Earn campaigns, 4 university workshops, 1 Developer Codecamp, monthly Twitter Spaces, managed media buying for amplified reach, and strategic collaboration with Sustainable ADA for global visibility.
What are your success metrics?
In a nutshell, we will gain at least a reach of 1,200,000+, at least 5,000 new Filipino users onboarded at ~₳7.2 ($3) CAC with consistent user onboarding, four (4) university events, one (1) developer codecamp, a Net Promoter Score ≥ 7, and a 1–3% engagement rate for online content.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
Bitskwela will lead a five-month national campaign to establish Cardano's presence in the Philippines, addressing the ecosystem's own visibility and adoption gap through mass media, localized education, and grassroots activation.
The campaign will run across two verticals: Create and Amplify.
Create – Localized Educational Materials & Content
Amplify – Distribution & Grassroots Engagement
By creating localized resources and amplifying them through education, developer onboarding, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, Bitskwela will firmly establish Cardano's footprint in the Philippine market—one of the most important emerging crypto hubs in Asia. We've attached some supporting references below, to highlight the Philippines' proactiveness towards blockchain.

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Our project delivers a lasting impact for the Cardano ecosystem by expanding adoption, onboarding developers, and making Cardano a visible leader in Southeast Asia - starting with the Philippine market.
In summary, this initiative delivers both short-term adoption metrics — such as wallet installs, event participation, and developer onboarding — and long-term impact: a visible, empowered, and growing Cardano community in the Philippines, positioning Cardano as a leader in Southeast Asia.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Bitskwela has a proven track record of delivering large-scale blockchain education in the Philippines with high trust and accountability over the past four (4) years in the industry:
Validation of feasibility comes from our history of executing multi-stakeholder campaigns at scale. By combining strong institutional partnerships with localized content strategies, we consistently achieve high engagement and active user onboarding. This proven model ensures that our approach for Cardano is both feasible and measurable, and that results will be delivered with trust, credibility, and accountability, with constant communication.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
Our budget is designed to deliver maximum value per ADA spent by combining low customer acquisition cost (CAC) with the creation of sustainable educational assets.
In short, this budget represents value because each ADA drives not only immediate user acquisition at below-market rates but also creates infrastructure - educational, cultural, and technical - that positions Cardano as the leading blockchain in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
