Cardano is a powerful technology that’s often misunderstood in the crypto space. It’s vital to educate more people so they can share this knowledge and help raise awareness across the industry.
I plan to host online training on Cardano’s key features: UTxO model, Nakamoto consensus, liquid staking, decentralization, and more—to help others understand and engage with its full potential.
This is the total amount allocated to Online Cardano Training.

Training
Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
The project is aimed at anyone who wants to gain more advanced knowledge about Cardano. The project will focus on only a few key aspects. An important part of the project is the interaction between the trainer and the course participants.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
What are your success metrics?
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
Milestone 1:
I will develop educational materials for an online training program. These materials will be made publicly available for ongoing use and reference.
The training will not attempt to cover all aspects of Cardano. Instead, it will focus on a select group of key topics, explored in depth:
Milestones 2 and 3:
A series of training sessions will be conducted, each round accommodating 6–10 participants.
The milestone will be considered successful if at least 12 participants complete the training.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
An educated community is better equipped to advocate for Cardano’s strengths on social media and beyond. This can lead to increased interest from developers, businesses considering Cardano as infrastructure, and investors and users exploring its potential.
Interactive training sessions—where participants can ask questions in real time—are often more effective than reading lengthy academic papers, especially for those who learn best through discussion. This format makes the material more accessible and engaging.
I see this project as a meaningful contribution to the Cardano community, helping to spread knowledge and strengthen its ecosystem.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
As a recognized educator in the Cardano community, I have a strong track record of breaking down complex topics into clear, easy-to-understand explanations. You can explore my tweets about Cardano through the provided links, and find more technical educational content in the highlights section of my X profile: @jaromirtesar.
In addition, I bring hands-on experience as a DRep training leader, having successfully organized and delivered online courses in the past.

Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources
I’ve divided the project budget roughly into three equal parts: Preparation of the presentation in the first milestone and then 2 training rounds in two milestones. Every milestone delivers value.
In terms of costs, they are comparable to the DRep training organized by Intersect, where training leaders received 21,000 ADA along with access to training materials and additional support. In contrast, I will develop all materials independently, drawing from my existing knowledge of Cardano and previously published resources. Still, the cost is only a bit higher but the work is more demanding.
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
Educating the community about the Cardano protocol has lasting benefits. Informed members can share their knowledge, strengthen public understanding, and enhance Cardano’s reputation.
For DReps, deep technical understanding is especially important. They play a key role in making decisions that shape Cardano’s future, yet many come from non-technical backgrounds and may lack the necessary expertise. This training is essential to support effective on-chain governance, ensuring DReps are equipped to make informed, responsible choices.
I’m confident I can help bridge this gap and provide the technical clarity they need.
