People in these wealthy areas in general have no clue what blockchain is, esp. no clue what Real World Assets on the blochchain means. But they are a huge wealthy target group.
Bring awareness to the target group. Educate them about blockchain and esp. RWAs. I'm well connected there. Live tokenization demonstrations.
This is the total amount allocated to RWA/ blockchain attention camps in Gstaad and Montreux.

Community Outreach
Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We target individuals and entities that are wealthy, well connected, socially highly active, interested in what's going on but have somewhat missed the blochchain train. Surprisingly many have no clue about blockchain and the possibilities, e.g. tokenization of Real World Assets.
We reach them mainly because we are personally well connected (know the people and institutions), which makes it a lot easier. E.g. the hotel owner brings his network of friends, the local newspaper is behind such an event, the tourism office is supportive, etc.
Thus substantial KOL will use Cardano for business.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
Tokenization of physical assets (classic car). Visitors can experience real-world examples on Cardano.
Experts (collectibles markets, blockchain specialists) discuss applications, success stories and testimonials from RWA projects.
Introductions for collectors, traders, and investors: step-by-step workshops on asset onboarding.
Roundtables with collectors and entrepreneurs. Matchmaking events.
Documentation of events: videos, interviews, social media campaigns, media publications.
What are your success metrics?
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
Showcases & Live Demos
Presentations that directly demonstrate the tokenization of physical assets, such as classic vehicles or art (e.g., a vintage car being tokenized as an NFT on Cardano live in front of an audience). Interactive stations where visitors can experience real-world asset examples on Cardano using wallets or QR codes.
Expert Panels and Keynotes
Talks on collectors' opportunities and challenges, as well as blockchain-specific solutions like the new RWAs tokenization wave. Experts from the finance and collectibles markets, along with blockchain developers, will discuss real-world applications. Success stories and testimonials from RWA projects or startups working with on blockchains, also international initiatives and connections to institutional investors or banks.
Workshops & Hands-On Working Groups
Practical introductions for collectors, traders, and investors: step-by-step workshops on wallet usage, asset onboarding, and smart contracts. Group work on use cases: "How do I sustainably tokenize a collectible on Cardano?" Collaborative brainstorming on new ideas for the region (e.g., how can Montreux or Gstaad market themselves as RWA project locations?).
Networking Events with Local Stakeholders
Roundtables with collectors, financial service providers, and local entrepreneurs. Matchmaking events that connect classic collectibles with technology startups and Cardano developers (Impact Gstaad-style).
Media and Digital Communication
Documentation of events and use cases: videos, interviews, social media campaigns, publications in trade magazines and regional media. Building an online community that can be utilized for Cardano and RWA projects beyond the event series.
Connection to Current Cardano Ecosystem Initiatives
Collaborations with existing Cardano projects for transparent reporting and new standards. Integration of Cardano-specific innovation projects (e.g., DApp development, NFTs, networking topics) to showcase the versatility of the blockchain for RWA.
The interplay of live demonstrations, expert knowledge, hands-on experiences, and local networking is crucial for sustainable awareness. Particularly, the connection of classic physical assets with innovative blockchain technology—visible, experiential, and applicable—builds trust and interest among the target audience.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
This project will drive Cardano’s adoption by onboarding 100+ new WEALTHY users and 4+ tokenization pilots in Gstaad and Montreux, strengthening Cardano’s presence in Switzerland’s blockchain hub. By creating a local Cardano hub with 30+ whale members and educating 300+ stakeholders (70%+ reporting improved knowledge), we’ll empower diverse sectors—collectors, tourism, culture—to build on Cardano, creating replicable use cases that inspire global innovation. Our focus on sustainable tokenization (e.g. classic car, music NFTs) aligns with Cardano’s mission, enhancing its reputation as a scalable, impactful blockchain.
Gstaad and Montreux are high-end luxury places, a hub for international buisiness CEOs, owners, wealthy families, and KOLs. The holiday feeling creates an atmosphere of leisure and relaxation, nevertheless people there are always eager to make a good deal, learn something new and get inspired. This target group might bring these new blockchain ideas back "home" (New York, London, Dubai, etc.) where they continue exploring Cardano and its diverse use cases. What they experience in Gstaad and Montreux matters. Probably more than London and New York. Through workshops, tutorials, and educational materials, the project equips stakeholders—businesses, artists, and developers—with the knowledge to use Cardano’s blockchain. By targeting diverse sectors (e.g., agriculture, tourism, finance, culture), it empowers non-technical users to engage with blockchain, fostering a more inclusive Cardano ecosystem. Achieving 70%+ of attendees reporting improved understanding of tokenization ensures lasting impact. By focusing on tokenization for sectors like collectibles (e.g., Gstaad’s famous classic car collectors) or cultural preservation (e.g., tokenized music rights in Montreux), the project aligns with Cardano’s emphasis on sustainability and social impact. These initiatives showcase how Cardano can address real-world challenges, such as chain transparency or artist empowerment.
The project focuses on outreach and education, participant diversity, social media reach and engagement, new Cardano wallet creations, tokenization use cases initiated, transaction volume, knowledge gain, community building, local Cardano Hub memberships, repeat engagement, participant satisfaction, community sentiment, alignment with Cardano.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
As we have already successfully organized events in the region, and are very well connected, and have the support of local decision makers, I am sure to attract the right audience to our events in Gstaad and Montreux. We alreads ecured support from various stakeholders to organize informational events in both regions.
Please check https://pass.international for references.
We also run a small museum in Saanen (Gstaad) which allows us to participate in/ get invited to various gatherings, events, etc. (networking opportunities).
We have a lasting prtnership with the bigget marketing agency in the region, best connections to (regional) media outlets, venue hotels, etc.
Feasibility is already validated. Now it's time to execute.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
The significant value for money that a positive grant approval would bring to the Cardano ecosystem through events in Gstaad and Montreux:
There is substantial value for money that the grant would provide, positioning Cardano as a leader in the blockchain space while tapping into the affluent markets of Gstaad and Montreux. This project offers excellent value for money, as it creates sustainable awareness for Real World Assets (RWA) on the Cardano blockchain with a targeted budget of around 41,000 ADA at two strategic and renowned locations (Gstaad, Montreux). The funds will be efficiently utilized for high-quality events, knowledge transfer, local networking, and follow-ups. By combining live demonstrations, workshops, and networking events, the project directly engages a relevant and affluent target audience, raising awareness about the tokenization of physical collectibles.
The multiple benefits are evident in the project's ability to foster long-term community structures and partnerships that extend beyond its duration. The use of funds is transparent and verifiable, ensuring a high impact with responsible resource allocation. Overall, the project creates a multiplier effect through effective synergies between physical events and digital communication, maximizing the investment value of the grant and positioning Cardano as a leading blockchain for RWA.
