SanchoNet Education Network Governance Resources

Problem

Cardano governance risks being dominated by a narrow set of insiders. Many Ada holders, especially in developing economies, lack the tools and knowledge to participate effectively.

Solution

We will run workshops, maintain SanchoNet, produce guides, infographics, and videos, and build a mentorship network to train, support, and empower a global pool of Cardano governance leaders.

  • Leads development of infographics, guides, and videos.
  • Hosts online/in-person workshops and mentors contributors.
  • Bio (highlights): ABLE Pool operator; early DRep in SanchoNet; creator of “Cardano in a Nutshell” infographics; led governance testing; surfaced governance DDoS issue prior to Plomin hardfork (node 10.1.4 fix).

Adam Rusch: Program Manager & Educator (≈5% FTE over 7 months)

  • Co-develops content; assists workshops.
  • Manages reporting documentation.
  • Bio: Teaching Assistant Professor, University of Illinois (School of Information Sciences); Intersect Board member; prior roles in Intersect governance bodies and working groups; organizer of governance events and education.

Technical Advisors (up to 5 individuals)

  • May include previously recruited mentors for SanchoNet programs
  • Mentor newcomers on credential ops, governance workflows, and SanchoNet operations.
  • Support redundancy, backup/recovery drills, and quality assurance.
