We transform the “Blockchain + Universities Forum” from a one-off successful event that took place in June of 2025 into a structured adoption program that delivers auditable on-chain activity, sector-specific guidance, and a repeatable path from idea to funded initiative. The design builds on the first forum’s lessons (high institutional interest, demand for certification, and need for practical pathways) and scales them with tighter execution, expert curation, and public metrics.
We turn the forum’s collaborative tables into guided tracks that map real university workflows to Cardano products and standards. Each table follows the same output template:

Cardano Improvement Proposals (CIPs) for metadata and UX: CIP-25 (static NFT metadata) vs CIP-68 (updatable/extended NFTs); CIP-30 (wallet web bridge) for in-browser actions; CIP-8 (message signing) for attestations where appropriate.
