Parents seeking caregivers must share sensitive data with platforms, risking privacy breaches. How can you verify someone is qualified without giving up control of your personal information?
This tool lets users prove their credentials without oversharing. A nurse can verify her license without showing the actual document. This empowers users with true data ownership and peace of mind.

Business Services
Describe what makes your idea innovative compared to what has been previously funded (whether by you or others).
This innovation puts human privacy first. While other solutions force users to trade their data for access, this project empowers them to prove who they are without revealing what they are. This is a breakthrough for high-trust interactions. It means a family can verify a caregiver's credentials with absolute certainty while protecting everyone's privacy. This unlocks a future where trust and privacy are not mutually exclusive, enabling safer and more humane digital connections on Cardano.
Describe what your prototype or MVP will demonstrate, and where it can be accessed.
The MVP will demonstrate this new standard of privacy. A user will log into the app and be prompted to link their Atala PRISM wallet. With a single click, they can grant permission to verify a credential (e.g., "Verified Community Member") without exposing any other data. The experience will feel seamless and secure. This will be demonstrated in a compelling video and be accessible on our staging app. The user will feel a sense of control and security, proving that robust identity verification and privacy can coexist beautifully.
Describe realistic measures of success, ideally with on-chain metrics.
Success is measured by the peace of mind this tool provides. The primary community metric will be the number of users who successfully and voluntarily link their digital identity to the platform. The initial goal is to onboard 200+ users to this new privacy-preserving standard in the first 3 months. This will be supplemented by measuring user satisfaction, aiming for 90% of participants to report feeling more secure using our platform compared to traditional login methods.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
The need for trust is universal, but it becomes critically urgent in high-stakes human interactions. Consider the global health caregiving market, a sector valued at over $233 billion in 2025, where a family’s peace of mind depends entirely on the trustworthiness of the person they hire. Today, this trust is fragile, built on slow, fragmented background checks that force users to surrender their most sensitive personal data to centralized platforms, creating a significant privacy risk. This is the digital trust gap that Cardano is uniquely positioned to close, and the time is now.

This proposal will equip the Cardano ecosystem with the definitive blueprint for high-trust, privacy-preserving identity by integrating Cardano’s native, enterprise-grade identity layer, Atala PRISM, into a real-world application. Think of Atala PRISM as a user’s “digital passport.” It allows them to hold verified credentials (like a nursing license or a background check) securely in their own digital wallet. For the first time, a dApp on Cardano will be able to ask for proof of that credential without needing to see or store the underlying personal data.
Crucially, this vision is not starting from zero. This advanced identity layer will be integrated into the existing Aladin Work application, which is **already live **and available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The community is not funding an idea, but the acceleration of a moving train. The challenges of app development, deployment, and initial user acquisition have already been solved. This proposal is laser-focused on a single, strategic objective: building the open-source guide for implementing Atala PRISM in a live, consumer-facing environment.
This MVP will deliver a fully functional end-to-end integration: from a user linking their DID, to Aladin issuing a Verifiable Credential, to the user presenting that credential for instant, privacy-preserving verification. While this initial integration is within Aladin, the ultimate deliverable is a public good. This is a single, calculated step in a much larger journey to make Cardano the global standard for trusted digital interactions.
Redefining the Gig Economy
Aladin platform operates on three core utilities:
Hurdles of the Modern Gig Economy
Aladin, A Global Trust and Reputation Layer
CVC (Committed Value in the Contract) is Aladin's core reputation score.

Accumulation: Upon successful completion of a job, the final transaction consumes the old reputation UTXO and creates a new one with an updated CVC score for both the Aladin and the Genie, permanently recording the experience on-chain.
The Lifecycle of a Job Smart Contract
The workflow of a contract on Aladin is designed to cover real-world scenarios, from initiation to either successful completion or failure.

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
The impact of this project extends far beyond a single application; it creates a vital piece of public infrastructure for the entire Cardano ecosystem.
The immediate, measurable goal is to onboard over 200 real users to link their digital identity within the first three months. This isn't just a vanity metric; it is a critical validation of the Atala PRISM user experience in a live environment. It proves that decentralized identity is not just for crypto-natives, but is ready for mainstream adoption. The successful onboarding of these f**irst 200 users **will create an invaluable feedback loop, allowing for the refinement of the process and the publication of a best-practice guide for the entire community.
From this solid foundation, the impact ripples outwards, creating an ecosystem-wide flywheel of innovation. The open-source "Integration Guide" will become the go-to resource for any Cardano project that requires identity verification:
Ultimately, this project transforms a complex technology into a simple, powerful tool that reinforces Cardano's vision of building systems that empower individuals. It doesn't just deliver a feature; it delivers the key that unlocks the next generation of high-trust, real-world
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
This proposal doesn't ask the community to fund a project from an idea on a napkin; it asks the community to fund the acceleration of a moving train. The Aladin Work application is already live on the iOS and Android stores, a tangible and public demonstration of the team's ability to deliver polished, user-facing products. This existing momentum dramatically de-risks the community's investment.
To bring this powerful tool to life, a team with specific, battle-tested experience is required. This project is feasible because it is helmed by the right experts for each critical challenge:
This team's commitment to transparency is a covenant with the community. The detailed, verifiable milestones and commitment to regular updates ensure every voter has a clear, real-time view of how their delegated funds are empowering the ecosystem, every step of the way. This rigorous process is our promise of accountability.

Milestone Outputs
A fully functional, user-facing feature where a participant with a linked DID can seamlessly click a “Request Credential” button within the dApp interface. This triggers the complete issuance process, automatically generating and sending a verifiable credential offer to their PRISM identity wallet, thereby demonstrating the real-world usability of SSI in Cardano.
Acceptance Criteria
A user is able to initiate the credential request directly from the web application, receive a verifiable credential offer in their PRISM wallet, review the details, and successfully accept and store it. The flow must be smooth, error-free, and repeatable by multiple test users, ensuring both reliability and accessibility of the issuance process.
Evidence of Completion
A link to the live staging environment (Testnet) where the issuance process can be tested end-to-end by community reviewers. Additionally, a comprehensive demonstration video will be published, clearly showing each step of the flow: the user initiates the request, receives the offer in their PRISM wallet, reviews and accepts the credential, and confirms that the VC is securely stored in their mobile wallet.

Milestone Title
End-to-End VC Verification
Milestone Outputs
A fully implemented, user-facing feature in the Aladin Testnet dApp where the application is capable of requesting proof of a specific credential from the user. This process generates a formal presentation request to the user’s PRISM wallet, demonstrating how selective disclosure can be applied in high-trust gig scenarios.
Acceptance Criteria
A user successfully receives a credential presentation request in their PRISM wallet, reviews the details, and selects the correct Verifiable Credential (VC) to share. The Aladin application must then cryptographically verify the credential against the issuer’s DID, validate its integrity and authenticity, and update the user interface with a clear confirmation that the credential has been verified. The flow should be smooth, secure, and repeatable across multiple test users.
Evidence of Completion
A link to the live Testnet staging environment where reviewers can directly test the end-to-end verification process. Additionally, a comprehensive demonstration video will be published showing the entire flow in detail: the dApp initiates the request, the user selects and presents their VC through their PRISM wallet, and the Aladin app confirms verification by displaying a “Verified” status on-screen.
