No previous project has created offline blockchain interaction for rural Africa or government-integrated birth registration on Cardano. This breakthrough makes blockchain truly accessible to underserved communities while ensuring legal recognition. Nothing like this in Cardano or Outside Cardano

BirthBond implements dual-channel birth registration through accessible technology: AI Voice Agent accessible via phone call supports conversational registration in local languages (Hausa, Twi, Ga, Ewe, English) using natural language processing and speech synthesis optimized for African accents and dialects. W th our demonstration of Shikwallet.com we already have the capability to create cardano based ussd gateways. We would have to develop it for cardano specifically. So with USSD Gateway (*247#) provides menu-driven registration on basic phones with offline capability and SMS confirmations. Both channels validate and format birth data before storing immutable records on Cardano blockchain through smart contracts. Technical architecture includes:
