Argentinian agri-exports face opaque records, high fees of Ethereum tokens dominance, scarce liquidity and creedit acces for small an mid-sized producers.
We’ll build a Cardano-native platform with tokenized grains, USDM liquidity and traceability, creating a secure ecosystem for easier, cheaper, more efficient, and reliable grain trading.

Supply Chain
Describe what makes your idea innovative compared to what has been previously funded (whether by you or others).
Most agrotoken projects in LatAm are built on Ethereum, where high gas fees exclude small producers. Our project introduces the first Cardano-native commodity tokenization platform, integrating USDM stablecoin for low-cost liquidity and a traceability dashboard for provenance. This brings an inclusive, efficient, and scalable solution that is new to Cardano and unique in the region.
Describe what your prototype or MVP will demonstrate, and where it can be accessed.
The MVP will demonstrate end-to-end grain tokenization, traceability, and stablecoin liquidity:
It will be accessible via public GitHub repositories (Apache 2.0) and a web demo dashboard for community, cooperative, and partner testing.
Describe realistic measures of success, ideally with on-chain metrics.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
The project aims to build the first Cardano-native tokenization and traceability platform for Argentina’s agricultural exports (soy, corn, wheat). Using Plutus smart contracts, USDM stablecoin, and a traceability dashboard with Lace wallet, we aim to create a low-cost, inclusive system that empowers farmers, exporters, and DeFi users.
The MVP will deploy grain tokenization, provenance tracking, and stablecoin settlements, validated through pilots with cooperatives. Open-source outputs (Apache 2.0) ensure ecosystem growth, while outreach at expo-agro 'La Rural 2026' drive visibility.
This solution bridges agriculture and DeFi, giving farmers liquidity, exporters trust, and Cardano a flagship Real World Application.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
By enabling soy, corn, and wheat to be issued as digital assets, settled with USDM stablecoin, and tracked via a provenance dashboard, the project aims to showcase Cardano’s power in Real World Applications.
Ecosystem growth: New users onboarded — farmers, cooperatives, and exporters — expanding Cardano’s reach.
DeFi integration: Bridges tokenized commodities with Cardano DeFi, unlocking liquidity.
Open source: All outputs published under Apache 2.0 / CC-BY 4.0, reusable by the ecosystem.
Visibility: Outreach at Expoagro 2026 and launch at La Rural 2026 gives Cardano credibility in global agri-trade.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Guillermo Lucero will led the technical aspects of the project, Senior Project Manager, 20+ years in Product Developement and Leandro Gavidia, Developer Lead, blockchain engineer and SMEs from TxPipe for Plutus smart contracts. Ines Gaviña, Writer, journalist at Cointelegraph en Español, will be in charge of Communications and the design of a narrative strategy and out reach networking.

Feasibility Validation:
Milestone Title
Supply Chain Mapping
Milestone Outputs
Technical architecture diagrams, user journey maps and project blueprint validation. Detailed logistics model of Argentina’s soy, corn, and wheat export flows plus a certification framework to link physical grain with token issuance. This will serve as the foundation for designing verifiable, Cardano-based agrotokens.
Acceptance Criteria
Validated by cooperative partner. The cooperative will review the logistics model in detail, confirm it reflects real-world grain flows, and ensure the certification framework is practical, reliable, and ready for adoption by producers and exporters.
Evidence of Completion
A bilingual research report published online and a signed validation letter from the cooperative confirming model accuracy and certification usability.

Tokenization Prototype
Milestone Outputs
Development of Plutus smart contracts to mint, redeem, and transfer grain-backed Cardano-native tokens. Prototype tested on testnet, with all issuance and redemption logic clearly documented for future open-source release.
Acceptance Criteria
Acceptance Criteria for this milestone will be at least three full issuance and redemption test cycles must be executed successfully on the Cardano testnet, demonstrating that the contracts are reliable, functional, and stable.
Evidence of Completion

Traceability Dashboard + Brand Identity and Outreach Strategy
Milestone Outputs
Development of a functional traceability dashboard with Lace wallet integration to view provenance and ownership transfers. In parallel, creation of the project’s brand identity (visual design, messaging toolkit, digital assets) and the outreach strategy tailored for La Rural 2026. This ensures the MVP is technically ready and supported by a strong, recognizable brand for its public launch.
Acceptance Criteria
Dashboard accessible via demo with full wallet integration. Delivery of brand identity package (logo, visual system, templates) and a documented outreach plan including campaign concepts for expo-agro 'La Rural 2026', major agricultural expo The Rural Exposition of Palermo in 2026 to be scheduled on the month of July-August (dates TBD)
Evidence of Completion
Video demo of dashboard, brand identity guidelines and design files, and a written outreach strategy plan prepared for implementation at expo-agro 'La Rural 2026'.
