Many Cardano-funded projects shows a high post-grant sustainable failure rate, making it difficult for teams and the Ecosystem to prove ROI, optimize campaigns, and sustain adoption.
Supporting links
Does your project have any dependencies on other organizations, technical or otherwise?
Yes
Describe any dependencies or write 'No dependencies'
We will integrate with Cardano infrastructure providers for blockchain data access and transaction execution using APIs for real-time on-chain data ingestion, high-throughput campaign testing and smart contract deployment. These are publicly available Cardano ecosystem services, and our timeline/budget assumes their continued availability and stability. No commercial or proprietary dependencies exist beyond standard API access.
Will your project's outputs be fully open source?
No
License and Additional Information
While select components (e.g., blockchain integration scripts, API connectors) may be released under permissive licenses to benefit the Cardano developer ecosystem, the full GTM Engine platform will be proprietary to ensure sustainability, protect competitive advantage, and support ongoing development through a SaaS business model.
Please choose the most relevant theme and tag related to the outcomes of your proposal.
AI
Describe what makes your idea innovative compared to what has been previously funded (whether by you or others).
Our proposal is to build the first Cardano-native Go-To-Market (GTM) Engine, combining real-time blockchain analytics with on-chain campaign execution tools. Unlike previous funded projects, it directly links marketing actions to measurable Cardano transactions and provides a dashboard that tracks ecosystem growth; turning every funded project into a driver of on-chain activity.
This project will be owned by the Cardano Foundation and run by the Catalyst DAO.
We have built this already as Traction3.
Describe what your prototype or MVP will demonstrate, and where it can be accessed.
MVP must demonstrate a fully functional Cardano-native GTM Engine where projects can:
Use the Ecosystem Analytics Dashboard to view real-time blockchain metrics (wallet growth, transactions, token activity).
Use GTM Audit feature to Diagnose GTM Health, Deeply Analyze their Sub Market and Unique ICP Profile, Generate leads with BD Engine, Diagnose Project Compliance Readiness.
Track campaign ROI in the Adoption Impact Tracker, directly linking GTM actions to measurable on-chain results.
And more...
Describe realistic measures of success, ideally with on-chain metrics.
On-Chain Adoption: 100K+ transactions in Year 1, ≥15% wallet growth in 120 days, higher token/NFT volume.
Platform Engagement: 50+ projects onboarded, 75% launch campaigns in 3 months, avg. 2+ logins/week/user.
Ecosystem Impact: Public GTM dashboard views, campaigns in 5+ Cardano sub-markets, ≥60% retention post-funding.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
The Cardano GTM Intelligence Engine is a first-of-its-kind, Cardano-native growth platform designed to help startups, DAOs, and protocols launch faster, grow faster, and drive measurable blockchain adoption.
It combines on-chain analytics with campaign execution tools, allowing ecosystem teams to:
The MVP will be built as a modular, web-based platform integrated with Cardano infrastructure and piloted with funded Cardano projects.
This approach ensures that every funded team can move from launch to product-market fit while generating tangible transaction growth for the Cardano ecosystem.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Our project will deliver direct, measurable benefits to the Cardano community in three main ways:
By providing Cardano-native GTM tools, every funded startup, DAO, and protocol will have access to:
This will help projects achieve product-market fit faster, reducing the risk of post-funding stagnation.
The platform’s built-in requirement for on-chain campaign execution means that every use case directly contributes to:
We project 100K+ new on-chain transactions in Year 1 from ecosystem campaigns.
This MVP lays the foundation for a long-term, ecosystem-owned GTM intelligence capability:
This impact will compound as more projects use the GTM Engine, more data, playbooks, and adoption strategies will circulate, making Cardano a magnet for successful blockchain launches.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Our team has successfully designed and go-to-market intelligence systems for multiple blockchain ecosystems, integrating analytics, segmentation, and campaign automation into scalable SaaS platforms.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
Here’s a quantified ROI analysis showing why this ₳100,000 request represents exceptional value for the Cardano ecosystem.
Projected Year 1 Transactions: 100,000+
Budget: ₳100,000
Cost per Transaction Generated:
₳100,000 ÷ 100,000 = ₳1 per transaction
For 1 ada per transaction, Cardano gains measurable, permanent adoption activity that also drives wallet growth and token circulation.
Projected Year 1 Project Users: 50+
Budget: ₳100,000
Cost per Project Onboarded:
₳100,000 ÷ 50 = ₳2,000 per project
Considering the tool provides a full GTM stack (analytics, campaign launcher, segmentation) for each project, this cost is significantly lower than the average marketing or adoption tooling costs in Web3, which typically run into ₳10K+ per project if built individually.
This isn’t a one-off project because once the GTM Engine MVP is complete, it can:
Support hundreds of Cardano projects without proportional cost increases.
Generate millions of transactions over its lifespan.
Continue delivering ecosystem-wide data insights long after Catalyst funding is spent.
If adoption scales to 200 projects over 3 years, the effective cost per project drops to ₳450 and cost per transaction drops to less than ₳0.20.
Building separate GTM infrastructure for each funded Cardano project would cost ₳10K–₳20K per project.
This shared platform reduces that by over 90%, delivering centralized, high-quality, reusable infrastructure for the entire ecosystem.
