Cardano users lack near-real-time alerts for wallet activity (transactions, staking, pool status), so they rely on manual checks and often miss important events or react too slowly.
Create an open-source Telegram bot that sends near-real-time alerts for Cardano wallets: confirmed transactions, staking rewards, delegation changes, and pool updates easy setup, no private keys.
This is the total amount allocated to Cardano AlertBot – Real-Time Wallet & Staking Notifications.

Describe what makes your idea innovative compared to what has been previously funded (whether by you or others).
Most Cardano Telegram bots only give basic alerts. Ours integrates Blockfrost + Cardano-db-sync for fast, reliable data; offers full customization (transactions, pool changes, rewards, retirements); uses an open architecture for easy expansion and dApp integration; and is open-source for wide adoption. No past Catalyst project combines all three: high customization – multi-source reliability – openness.
Describe what your prototype or MVP will demonstrate, and where it can be accessed.
A preprod Telegram bot sending wallet transaction alerts, stake pool status changes, and reward updates. Users can manage wallets and notification settings directly. Accessible via Telegram invite; source code and deployment guide on GitHub for community testing before mainnet launch.
Describe realistic measures of success, ideally with on-chain metrics.
We will track adoption and performance with verifiable KPIs: at least 500 unique wallets tracked within 3 months (on-chain metric); 10,000+ valid notifications sent monthly (confirmed via API logs); uptime of 99% or higher in the first 6 months; over 200 active users regularly interacting; and open-source adoption shown by forks, pull requests, or feature contributions from the community. These will prove both technical stability and meaningful real-world usage.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
DProblem to Solve
Many users in the Cardano ecosystem face difficulties tracking their ADA wallet activities, such as send/receive transactions, staking rewards, or the status of the pools they delegate to. Having to visit platforms like Cardanoscan.io or use technical tools can be inconvenient and unfriendly, especially for newcomers. Moreover, there is a lack of real-time alert tools, causing users to miss important updates related to their assets and staking activities.
Why a Telegram Bot?
Telegram is widely used in the crypto community due to its instant communication, ease of use, and strong privacy features. A Telegram bot can operate 24/7, sending real-time notifications directly to users about events related to their wallets or the pools they are interested in. No complicated installation is required users simply input their wallet address to start tracking.
Proposed Solution
We will build and develop a Telegram bot that can:
Benefits
This tool helps users actively monitor their wallets and staking performance in a simple, effective, and continuous way. Real-time Telegram notifications allow them to avoid missing staking rewards, detect suspicious transactions early, and monitor the performance of the pools they delegate to. This improves the overall user experience, enhances asset safety, and helps build trust in Cardano’s DeFi infrastructure by making information more accessible and transparent.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Our project provides a real-time, user-friendly notification system through Telegram, enabling Cardano users to quickly stay updated on wallet and staking activities. Currently, many users don’t check their wallets frequently due to the lack of convenient tracking tools, causing them to miss important events such as staking rewards, delegation changes, alerts about staking pools nearing closure, or unusual transactions.
With Cardano AlertBot, users will be able to:
Broader Impact:
By helping users access staking and transaction information in a timely, understandable, and proactive manner, our project contributes to building a more connected and informed Cardano community.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Proven Capability
TEX Labs has a strong track record in the Cardano ecosystem, achieving awards in scientific research competitions, hackathons, and organizing workshops/community events. These activities have built trust and provided direct insights into user needs.
Team Competence
The core team consists of three key members with projects funded in Funds 11, 12, and 13. Each member brings over 5 years of software development experience, more than 2 years of experience in developing and operating Cardano Blockchain infrastructure, and over 4 years in full-stack software development (microservices, clean architecture, database optimization, caching, message brokers). The team is proficient in Haskell/Plutus, Rust, Aiken, and modern frontend/backend technologies. They have successfully delivered multiple Cardano projects implementing CIP-25, CIP-30, and CIP-68, ensuring high reliability in real-world environments.
Feasibility Validation
We build for the real needs of the community. The roadmap begins with an MVP focused on critical “user jobs,” followed by rapid iterations with public releases and open demos. Success metrics are clearly tracked (active users, processed transactions, latency, error rates) and refined based on feedback.
Transparency & Accountability
We adopt an open-source development approach from the start:
With a community-driven design, disciplined engineering, and transparent operations, TEX Labs is ready to deliver the project with reliability and accountability.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
Imagine this: with just one simple action adding a bot on Telegram users can instantly receive notifications about ADA transactions, staking rewards, pool status, or any other important events related to their Cardano wallet. In a world where rapid response is critical, Cardano AlertBot offers an incredibly simple, convenient, and user-friendly connection channel that anyone can use no technical knowledge, no heavy apps required.
With a budget of only 71,887 ADA, this is a highly cost-effective investment that brings tremendous value to the Cardano community, because:
Instant Access for Everyone, Everywhere
Telegram has over 900 million users globally and is a popular messaging app in many developing countries regions where Cardano is actively expanding. Integrating with Telegram allows AlertBot to bring blockchain closer to everyday users without the need for additional infrastructure or standalone apps.
Boosting Engagement and Retention with Cardano
When users receive alerts about their staking rewards, or are notified when their pool becomes saturated or inactive, they are more proactive in managing their assets and making timely decisions. This helps reduce churn, keeps users engaged longer, and encourages deeper participation in the network, including more active staking.
Secure and Transparent
AlertBot does not require users to share private keys or access their wallet. All actions are based on public stake key information, ensuring full privacy. This is a key factor in building trust and encouraging new users to safely explore blockchain.
Scalable Architecture and Versatile Use Cases
With its open architecture and public technical documentation, AlertBot can be easily expanded to support Pool Operators, project developers, or even integrate with dApps for important alerts. It lays the foundation for a decentralized notification ecosystem that any project can build upon.
Sustainable Value, Low Cost, High Impact
With a relatively small budget, the project delivers long-term utility to tens of thousands of users, helping them manage assets and staking more effectively. This real-world usefulness is key to user retention and driving wider adoption within the Cardano community.
