They also don't make it easy for users because the applications they build don't offer a single, easy-to-use solution, as the marketplace and platform are separate. Perceived Problems and Reasons of Cardano Blockchain Projection used:

1. Almost certain for Indie Music to not have accessibility and fair treatment in the present industry, Decentralized Streaming Platform as Decentralized Music Exchange.
   1. We provide solutions that overcome accessibility, fair treatment and transparency of the mechanism that align with Cardano Governance Values.
   2. Decentralized Streaming Platform (DSP) will be called NuSound Terra Music Platform ( NSTM ) as the value added of the project’s proposal onboard: local taste and branding strategy.
2. Uncertainty of Indie Music Artists to have channels to music production houses.
   1. Decentralized applications enable users to engage and involve in their recent issues.
3. Recent music industry issue: playing music at public places such as cafes have to pay the owner.

• One of a kind in our Indonesian Archipelago becomes a very opportunity for this project to exist and grow.

1. Artist and projects with no executable music works and albums for long term sustainability. Even the opposite of this, AI usage also disrupts the ecosystem.

• Looking back to the first blockchain usage, the NSTM platform will bring back the real value of Cardano Blockchain Technology.

   1. Challenges in music streaming models such as Spotify and Apple Music have transformed the way people listen to music, NSTM comes with a business model that presents its own challenges.
   2. Arguable royalty distribution and portion will be diminished through the use of the NSTM platform.

With some research and surfing around the ecosystem in Indonesia and the South East Asia region, we found that the web 3 ecosystem has not provided a good marketplace for the music industry. Considering Artist is a lifelong profession, and their only passion, we are mapping that more than 12 to 22 hours to record a single song, differ from their level, space and music tool that is needed to produce a song, whether they are rent or buy, they singer only get around 35% to 55% of the revenue. With a buying power of around $105 per song from the company, it means they will get an hourly wage between $4.70 and $8.63.

We come with solutions which will help a lot of people and the Cardano community, as a whole, a Cardano ecosystem growth.

Artist will register to dApps with KYC registration, making a feasible moves to add their songs and become a legit song creator that listed on DSP.

1. They do KYC registration - profile creation - in dApps minting service - NFT/RFT verification - Sale Listing - Manage streaming rights royalty shared revenue for NFT/RFT.
   • Music Pool availability and user interaction, Music Pool will require contents from music creator and NFT holders and present options to be sold or to be kept.
   • Music Pool provides royalty sales, able to extract to DSPplayer that will generate Streaming Revenue (VFM section) and shareable ( est. 10% of the revenue ) to the user/community.

Token Holders will engage the dApps through Playstore or IOS, succeeding the KYC process and navigate around the platform features;

- Holders will enjoy fast and transparent and direct transactions.
- With similar steps of Artist, they also need to register, manage profile, and buy NFT directly from the Artist, listing to earn streaming revenue shared by Artist.
- Search and browse music by artist name/genre / song / album title.
- Create a playlist to earn while buying/selling NFTs from the secondary market inside the platform.

Non Crypto/ web2 users are still able to enter the ecosystem and see the mechanism as they used to.

- Our platform enables voice-over and audio overlay ads for non crypto or Web2 users who haven’t yet upgraded to premium account through NFT subscription.
- Web2 users can build connections with other users.
- With Subscription and having its own account dashboard, offline mode will be provided, but with online mode the users can have social connection, social sharing, search music and create a playlist.
