It is difficult for real-world communities to engage with the Cardano network in a meaningful way.
Using the selfdriven open-source On-Boarding Framework build a "Community Kit" specifically aimed at using the Cardano network and associated Actively Validated Services.

Connected Community
Describe what makes your idea innovative compared to what has been previously funded (whether by you or others).
It builds on the established selfdriven Framework, which has had five years of investment to date. This will enable the Cardano Community On-Boarding Kit to achieve real-world use quickly. By leveraging the high-order selfdriven open-source frameworks, it will gain context and meaning — not just add “more tech.”
Describe what your prototype or MVP will demonstrate, and where it can be accessed.
It will demonstrate how an organisation can progress from a Community Worksheet (“5W1H”) through to real-world use within their community to manage identity, trust, governance, operations, performance, proof of activity, and growth — with accountability on-chain.
"From Definition to Implementation"
Describe realistic measures of success, ideally with on-chain metrics.
Realistic measures of success include:
See proposol github repo for more details.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
Create an open-source "Cardano Community Kit" that based on a worksheet allows communites to self-describe their Why, What, Who, How, When and Where - which then via codified JSON definition file, using the skillzeb standard, builds:
"From Definition to Implementation"
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
The "Cardano Community Kit";
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

About BioHub with BioChar Organisation as Focus (Use-Case for Community Kit Development)
The Beyonders “Innovation Nursery” in Mallorca is a catalyst empowering island-led innovation in the Balearic archipelago bioregion. Our thesis is to address the underexplored opportunity to focus on place-based innovation and empower local changemakers. Like a venture studio we work at every stage of the project from inception, through team building, validation, MVP development, and ultimately financing and adaptive scaling (aligned with ecosystemic intelligence). The flagship startup spinning out of the Nursery will crack the market on biochar with a contextual, scalable, blockchain-enabled cooperative model for farmers.
We propose a co-ownership biochar business model with place-based MicroHubs enabled by a blockchain platform for traceability and community governance. Our industrial agricultural site in Mallorca will be the proof of concept, living laboratory and center of excellence for scaling this carbon removal technology in a contextual way. This approach addresses the learnings of previous biochar initiatives demonstrating that for effective long-term carbon storage, soil health and water restoration, the solution needs to be hyper-localized matching feedstock components with microbial composition.
