Our MVP will demonstrate a RAG-powered AI assistant capable of retrieving and generating accurate, source-cited answers from Cardano resources. Users will be able to ask questions related to Project Catalyst guidelines, past proposals, and community discussions, and receive timely, contextual responses. The MVP will be accessible via a web interface and deployable for testing by the Cardano community. Community members can provide feedback on accuracy, usability, and relevance, helping refine the system and improve the knowledge base before full deployment

The MVP’s success will be measured by user adoption, engagement, and on-chain interactions. We target 300+ community members using the AI within three months, handling 2,000–3,000 questions with 90% accurately cited answers. On-chain API calls are projected at 500–1,000 per month. Feedback via surveys, GitHub, and forums will assess usability and impact, demonstrating faster access to resources and more efficient participation in Project Catalyst.

Our team has a proven track record delivering impactful software. I, Anokye James Yaw, successfully developed AI projects and Cardano-related applications, including Budget Buddy, PantryPal, Book Library, and Cardano Cart, the latter funded in Fund 12 which is currently awaiting final signoff.
These experiences demonstrate our expertise in full-stack development, AI integration, and blockchain applications, as well as managing funds responsibly.
My team also includes an experienced AI model trainer, a UI/UX designer, and a backend developer, ensuring that our AI chatbot is well-designed, functional, and scalable. To ensure success, we will develop an initial version to gather user feedback and implement iterative improvements using agile methodologies.
