We acknowledge that our Indonesian ecosystem readiness divides into 2, the first is that human resources have a language barrier for professional work and the second is the professionals without a platform to be recognized beside grants and funding mechanisms.

Cardano Woman Indonesia present to complete and support Cardano Hubs roadmap, where our woman developers contribute and dedicated their team to real works. This platform is unique compared to traditional and recent web 2 platforms as the existing web 2 often reflect less transparent and high middleman cost as an outsource agent.

Our Purpose

Quest of Homer is a tale of community engagement, where people meet, trade value, and connect to each other globally. Our team will capture a certain market share of the world's population, engaging each country states with this potential platform, pulling all job vacancies that are not promoted by the entrepreneur, businessman, and companies around the world.

Departing the human resources from local to global and vice versa, Cardano ecosystem consists of thousands of entities which will happen to require workforce from global markets, to expand and to increase the visibility of their company, their projects, and scopes.

As next to Cardano Hub Indonesia funded proposal Fund13 and Cardano Woman Indonesia Fund10, we acknowledge that we will require this platform to move forward.

• A simplified platform by Cardano Hub Indonesia to promote job enforcement and mapping the whole Cardano Ecosystem in a global area.

Benefits of the project:

By capturing the opportunity from the recent emerging projects as the result of an incubator program of web 3 based, grants and funding from web2 based, our platform will aim for profit in the first year after the project ends or project closeout. To make it happen, we will require partners and internal effort such as marketing activities as well.

By creating the platform, community led based, where everyone can contribute to the platform, it will give back to us in terms of healthy feedback, organically, and transparently.

By showing technical output feasibility in this proposal, we tried to fulfill the eligibility requirement of this category challenge.

Actively boosting the participation toward Cardano ecosystem and Cardano community just by onboarding the platform, and using it as a jobseeker and employer.

Connecting the Cardano community from the east to the western hemisphere and vice versa with specific needs: job creation and job fulfillment. Providing high skill talent and Dapps representatives to get their jobs done while avoiding scam and potential fraud on social media. A truly decentralized platform.

Applicant’s Track Record

With our combined power and participation of Tutut Indah and friends, we agreed to have an agreement and compiled our ideas beneath the Cardano Hub Indonesia and a perspective of financial feasibility from Fanny Wijaya as Cardano Ambassador Indonesia.

The Financial Viability will engage a sustained revenue model of ROI, capital required from business owners rather than workforce to add more cost just to get a job. Fanny Wijaya has engaged several times meeting with Tutut in the arena of Cardano Woman Indonesia, achieving standards of Woman Empowerment in Indonesia and agreed to proceed with the initiatives. The insight was: Ambassadors often present projects to come to their monthly meeting, foresee the potential project that is suitable for the community. In 2 months, this proposal was successfully made.

Transparency and financial feasibility will be added to the milestone as an output and milestone based, to ensure that our approach here is monitored:
