Problem’s Identification:

CEX and University event’s collaboration resulting unknown impact and unquantifiable outputs in Indonesia, our recommendation for this initiatives involving specific school with specific issue, where this specific issue of Boarding School; similar like summer school but have longer term period, religion and norms educations; widely known in Indonesia as national issue, Indonesia’s majority.

Our Approaches and Reasons:

1. Transparent Donation System Based on Cardano
   1. Developing a donation platform for Islamic boarding schools that allows incoming and outgoing funds to be traced and audited openly.
   2. Implementing smart contracts for fund management and public audits. As well as access voting for spending requests for budget spend
2. Cardano Learning Module for Islamic Boarding Schools
   1. Hybrid platform using React Native for implementing Mobile apps and web-based teaching modules
   2. Application module as an extracurricular activity at Islamic boarding schools.(we consider the willingness on their behalf)
3. The material covers the basics of blockchain, web 3 development, and smart contracts using Cardano.

Value of money of the project will provide more comprehensive report and feedback and a sustainability through Donation model in which involving:

1. Individual and Institutional Donation to Zakat, Wakaf, and Productive Donation toward the platform, once the beneficiary gets the resources, it could help the infrastructure and student with financial issues, for the schools without any financial struggle, this resources could be use to boost the SME built by the students or any Islam Boarding School.
2. Transparency of the donor and organization that received the benefit will be public for the part of public Islam Boarding School, and some for the private Islam Boarding School
3. This project offers a digitalization, technology education and mass market potential while engaging local public figures to influence the government
