Communities face unreported small but high-impact issues like potholes or broken street-lights. With no incentives and slow, fragmented reporting, problems grow costly and cities struggle to respond.
SenseEarn_Report uses Smart Contracts + Hydra to batch micro-payments, rewarding citizens with tokens for reporting public issues, boosting civic pride and saving cities money.

Describe what makes your idea innovative compared to what has been previously funded (whether by you or others).
SenseEarn_Report is a Hydra-powered civic reporting system to merge geo-tagged issue reporting, gamified user engagement, and instant Hydra micro-rewards. Unlike prior Catalyst projects, it creates a verifiable, immutable on-chain record of community action, ensuring trust and transparency. It also uses a buy-back and burn model to sustain Sense token value, integrates directly with civic authorities for real-world impact, and offers a filterable map and gallery interface.
Describe what your prototype or MVP will demonstrate, and where it can be accessed.
Our MVP will prove the full value loop: fast issue reporting (photo, GPS, category), real-time display in a public gallery/map, on-chain conversion of Sense Points to Sense Tokens via Cardano smart contracts, and large-scale micro-reward distribution at negligible cost with Hydra integration. Early MVP access will be open to Catalyst community testers and pilot partners.
Describe realistic measures of success, ideally with on-chain metrics.
We will track on-chain metrics such as number of Sense Token reward transactions, Hydra payout volume, token holder growth, and proof-of-impact records. Platform metrics include active reporters/month, issue resolution rate and speed, and city onboarding count.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
SenseEarn_Report provides a fast, transparent, and rewarding way for citizens to help their communities. Using any device, users can submit reports in seconds: upload a photo, tag the issue type, and let the platform capture GPS coordinates automatically. All reports appear in a public gallery and interactive map, visible to both citizens and civic authorities. The Hydra-powered platform creates a trackable pipeline from problem spotted to problem solved, reducing delays and preventing cost escalation. Incentives transform occasional reporters into consistent contributors, while blockchain guarantees trust and transparency. Key features include:
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
SenseEarn_Report creates a Hydra-Powered civic reporting platform. As a result, Cardano becomes the blockchain that visibly improves communities. Without early Catalyst support, cities will continue losing money, communities will remain disengaged, and Cardano will miss the opportunity to set the global benchmark for blockchain-powered civic engagement. Impact highlights:
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Our multidisciplinary team combines technical depth, operational rigor, and financial governance to ensure SenseEarn_Report is delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Our technical and financial oversight, make us fully capable of delivering SenseEarn_Report on time and with measurable results the community can trust.
Milestone Title
Web platform with Visual Mapping & Collaboration
Milestone Outputs
The core web application will be developed with Turborepo, enabling shared modules for authentication (Clerk), database (Convex), and UI. The platform will allow community testers to submit issue reports with photos and GPS tags, explore them via an interactive gallery and map, and engage through features like likes, comments, and leaderboards.
Acceptance Criteria
During the pilot, community testers worldwide will submit reports, with the system reliably handling simultaneous entries while maintaining speed, accuracy, and seamless data flow between frontend and database.
Evidence of Completion
Evidence will include a live public demo, structured feedback from community testers, Convex performance logs, and our open GitHub repository containing the full codebase, API documentation, and deployment details.

Milestone Title
Smart Contracts & Hydra Integration
Milestone Outputs
We will integrate smart contracts into the platform, enabling users to instantly swap Sense Points for Sense Tokens. Hydra will demonstrate large-scale micro-reward distribution at near-zero cost. Each report will generate an on-chain proof-of-impact, while community testers can redeem rewards directly through their wallets. A Sense Token burn mechanism, funded by marketplace revenue, will also be implemented to sustain token value and long-term ecosystem health.
Acceptance Criteria
Smart contract and Hydra integration. Functional on-chain proof-of-impact generated from community reports. Marketplace revenue will be directed into a buy-back-and-burn mechanism to help sustain token value. The entire system will be tested with selected community testers to validate token swaps, Hydra settlements, and the burn mechanism in real conditions.
Evidence of Completion
Evidence will include transparent on-chain Cardano records, a public GitHub repository containing the smart contract and Hydra code, detailed performance logs, and recorded payout demos that showcase the system working in real time.

Milestone Title
MVP Release & Feedback Loop
Milestone Outputs
The full MVP will be released for community testing, followed by a three-month structured feedback phase to gather insights on usability, performance, and adoption. In parallel, we will begin laying the groundwork for the future product, including technical roadmap, defining the scaling strategy, and initiating partnership outreach to ensure broader adoption
Acceptance Criteria
Over a 3-month period, community testers will actively use the MVP, submitting reports and receiving token rewards to validate system functionality. Structured feedback will be collected, covering usability, technical performance, and adoption potential. In addition, an early roadmap for a future product will be published, detailing planned features, scalability objectives, and enhanced Cardano integration to guide the next development phase.
Evidence of Completion
Evidence will include a public MVP URL accessible to community testers, activity logs and transaction records, a compiled feedback document with insights and recommendations, GitHub commits showing post-feedback improvements, and a published Version 1 roadmap outlining next steps and year-2 priorities.
