Cardano DeFi data is opaque. Existing tools show cryptic hashes and values without explaining actions or outcomes to the average user.
A DeFi that dashboard to showcase our semantic transaction intelligence approach to protocol operations from just on-chain footprint, turning cryptic transactions into clear insights and intents.

What is the problem you want to solve?
Cardano DeFi data is opaque. Existing tools show cryptic hashes and values without explaining actions or outcomes to the average user.
Does your project have any dependencies on other organizations, technical or otherwise?
Yes
Describe any dependencies or write 'No dependencies'
Core Cardano infrastructure such as Ogmios and Kupo, Dolos data node from TxPipe, PyCardano
Will your project's outputs be fully open source?
Yes

DeFi
Describe what makes your idea innovative compared to what has been previously funded (whether by you or others).
Most analytics tools are essentially data aggregators - they collect and information but don't understand it. At best they show "you have 1000 ADA in contract X" but can't tell you that actually means: "You're earning 4.2% APY in Liqwid's lending pool at 2.5x collateralization". We, on the other hand, without prior Catalyst funding:

Describe realistic measures of success, ideally with on-chain metrics.
We should be able to:
Success means proving semantic intelligence works and gains organic adoption from users and projects.
This translates into a lower entry barrier for DeFi adoption across the ecosystem, although this impact is hard to measure directly on chain -for now.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
We’re building a fully functional DeFi dashboard powered by a novel, Cardano-specific approach, with the underlying library and backend inferring every intent from on-chain data only, without the need for permission, resources, or support from any protocol team.
The Core Innovation: Declarative Predicate System
Instead of hard-coding a custom interpretation for each protocol, we define high-level, reusable predicates — small building blocks that describe specific transaction conditions.
By composing these predicates, we can define complex operations for any protocol without starting from scratch.
Each predicate is:
Why This Works on Cardano
Cardano’s eUTxO model is ideal for this approach because:
This means every condition a predicate needs can be found directly on-chain, enabling transparent, deterministic interpretations at scale.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Our goal is to make Cardano DeFi truly comprehensible through semantic intelligence.
The MVP will let users see every transaction in plain language, track real performance from on-chain data, and make informed decisions with confidence. This lowers barriers for new users to start transacting and increases protocol engagement.
For developers, we provide a library of open-source, reusable predicate patterns that work across protocols.
Cardano’s eUTxO model enables deterministic interpretation unmatched on other blockchains, and by open-sourcing the engine, pattern library, and language generation system, we expect adoption across wallets, dashboards, and protocols, catalyzing a shift where semantic understanding becomes the standard, attracting more users and developers to Cardano.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
We’ve already built an early predicate-based proof of concept interpreting transactions from a few Cardano protocols. Hundreds of sample transactions have been processed with solid accuracy and stable performance, giving us confidence in the approach.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
This proposal funds the development and validation of an open-source semantic intelligence layer that explains any Cardano DeFi transaction in plain language using only on-chain data. Our approach uses a declarative predicate system to interpret protocols without custom integrations, with supporting techniques like entry-point tracking to scale portfolio analysis ecosystem-wide.
If successful, this could be adopted across wallets, explorers, dashboards, etc, setting a new UX standard. Even partial success delivers:
Compared to fragmented, closed-source efforts costing much more, our lean team uses existing Cardano infrastructure, shares results openly, and minimizes duplication.
Risk vs. Reward
In any case, Cardano gains a low-cost, high-leverage innovation uniquely suited to its eUTxO model, with potential first-mover advantage in making blockchain understandable.
