Does your project have any dependencies on other organizations, technical or otherwise?
Yes
Describe any dependencies or write 'No dependencies'
We depend on Zoom SDK for bot integration, AWS services (Transcribe, Bedrock) for transcription and summarization. These components are critical for achieving automation, transparency, and immutability.
Will your project's outputs be fully open source?
Yes
License and Additional Information
All source code will be published under an MIT license on GitHub.

AI
Describe what makes your idea innovative compared to what has been previously funded (whether by you or others).
Our idea was not inspired by any previously funded project. It originated from using Read.ai, which I found useful since people rarely revisit meeting recordings and summaries are more practical.
However, for important meetings, a simple summary is not enough. Our innovation combines AI-generated summaries with participant approval and blockchain anchoring, ensuring both accuracy and immutability - something not previously funded in the ecosystem.
Describe what your prototype or MVP will demonstrate, and where it can be accessed.
Our MVP will demonstrate how meeting recordings can be automatically summarized by AI, reviewed and approved by participants, and then anchored on the Cardano blockchain to ensure immutability and trust. It will include a working bot that joins Zoom meetings, generates summaries, and stores records on IPFS. The MVP will be accessible via a public GitHub repository and a demo landing page that guides how to interact with the bot.
Describe realistic measures of success, ideally with on-chain metrics.

Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
We see a big problem with online meetings, there’s often no trustworthy, automatic way to keep records and notes. Traditional minutes can be changed, or even intentionally twisted, which is a real concern for DAOs and communities built on trust. That’s why we’re building a Zoom bot that records in the cloud, turns speech into text with AWS, creates clear summaries with Bedrock, and securely stores everything on the blockchain. With multi-sig, we ensure everyone involved signs off before it’s shared.
Zoom is a reasonable platform to integrate our bot which can join meetings on its own, start recording without anyone lifting a finger, and pull clean audio straight from Zoom’s cloud. It guarantees every meeting is recorded, even if nobody remembers to hit “Record” and it connects directly to AWS and the blockchain so the notes are secure, tamper-proof, and built on trust.
Solution Flow: Cloud Recording →AI summary → Multi-Sig → Blockchain Publish
This ensures meeting records are always accurate, accessible, and tamper-proof, fostering trust, enhancing collaboration efficiency, and providing long-term value for all participants and stakeholders.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
We’re building this for anyone who needs meeting records they can actually trust from DAOs and Cardano-native projects, to legal teams, governance committees, and remote organizations. These groups often face the same problem: meeting outcomes can be forgotten, misrepresented, or altered after the fact.
For the Cardano ecosystem, this project is more than just recording meetings, it’s turning blockchain into the backbone of real-world governance tools. With verifiable decisions, transparent processes, and proof of consensus, Cardano becomes the platform where what’s agreed in a meeting stays agreed.
Impacts
Value to the Cardano Community
In short, this project transforms Cardano into a trusted record-keeper for human collaboration, proving that blockchain can secure not just transactions, but truth itself.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Proven Capability
TEX Labs has a strong track record in the Cardano ecosystem, achieving awards in scientific research competitions, hackathons, and organizing workshops/community events. These activities have built trust and provided direct insights into user needs.
Team Competence
The core team consists of three key members with projects funded in Funds 11, 12, and 13. Each member brings over 5 years of software development experience, more than 2 years of experience in developing and operating Cardano Blockchain infrastructure, and over 4 years in full-stack software development (microservices, clean architecture, database optimization, caching, message brokers). The team is proficient in Haskell/Plutus, Rust, Aiken, and modern frontend/backend technologies. They have successfully delivered multiple Cardano projects implementing CIP-25, CIP-30, and CIP-68, ensuring high reliability in real-world environments.
Feasibility Validation
We build for the real needs of the community. The roadmap begins with an MVP focused on critical “user jobs,” followed by rapid iterations with public releases and open demos. Success metrics are clearly tracked (active users, processed transactions, latency, error rates) and refined based on feedback.
Transparency and Accountability
We adopt an open-source development approach from the start:
With a community-driven design, disciplined engineering, and transparent operations, TEX Labs is ready to deliver the project with reliability and accountability.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
Our project delivers significant value to the Cardano ecosystem at a reasonable cost by solving a real-world need: capturing, summarizing, and verifying online meeting content. The bot automates the process of transcribing and summarizing Zoom meetings (and other platforms in future), then stores the results on IPFS and anchors them on the Cardano blockchain ensuring transparency, accountability, and tamper-proof record-keeping.
The total cost is modest relative to the potential impact, with a clear breakdown of infrastructure, development, QA, documentation, and contingency. With only 78,362 ADA, this project brings blockchain-powered accountability to real-time communication as a scalable utility with many future use cases.
Considering the technical complexity, scope and usefulness, this is a remarkably low cost to build such a comprehensive, production-ready system for the Cardano ecosystem.
