Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
In the esports scene, many teams have developed various platforms to interact with their fan communities—some are basic, while others are more sophisticated. Our value proposition is to create a tier-1 app with valuable sections and content for our community, enabling more interaction and engagement, and building value for ALL our stakeholders (shareholders, sponsors, the community, and the esports ecosystem). Below, we share a benchmark of value propositions across the ecosystem, highlighting offerings from the world’s top teams as well as some regional teams.
Currently, there are various options available, hosted on websites or apps, that reward fan interactions by allowing the community to earn points redeemable for rewards. Some options are free, while others average a cost of $5 per month. Most value propositions offer exclusive team and player content, access to team facilities (GH, HQ, etc.), meet-and-greet opportunities with players, merchandise discounts, exclusivity at events, and monthly prize draws.
Our value proposition is a robust app that brings together all content, products, and services valued by our community, rewarding users for interactions with 9Z Globant and its ecosystem of brands and sponsors. Below we present our vision and the app’s value proposition in more detail:
Our app is structured into two main sections: a free access section and a member-only access section.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
With direct access to over 1M+ esports fans in Latin America, this project represents one of the largest mass adoption funnels for Cardano. By integrating seamless wallet creation and gamified engagement, we can onboard tens of thousands of new blockchain users—a demographic that is young, highly engaged, and crypto-curious.
The cost per new wallet created and active user onboarded is significantly more competitive than most adoption-focused initiatives, making this project a high-leverage investment for ADA holders. Beyond raw numbers, it positions Cardano as the leading blockchain in esports, a global industry with billions in revenue and deep cultural relevance among the next generation of users.
Supporting this proposal means ADA holders are not only funding real, measurable adoption, but also ensuring Cardano takes a visible leadership role in LATAM’s fastest-growing digital communities—unlocking long-term value for the entire ecosystem.
