JKG has a strategic mandate from the National Sports Authority of Ghana (see Supporting Doc 1) to lead naming rights, sponsorships, blockchain (Cardano/Midnight), AI infrastructure, & digital transformation across its 54 federations, 4 major stadiums—including the newly refurbished [Tarkwa & Abosso Stadium] thousands of athletes (pro, elite, amateur, youth, and para-athletes). Our long-term vision includes positioning Ghana to host the Olympics within 20 years. While the Cardano Midnight Sports Stadium is a future possibility, it requires additional funding beyond this proposal’s scope.

Funding commitment of $100K USD is secured from Deepfunding if matched. This commitment is for AI development alligned with SingularitNet's principles of beneficial AI. AAM asset management proposal is a hybrid partnership between the NSA of Ghana, Cardano, DeepFunding, & JKG. The 1M ADA grant will be utilized in two tranches with the first to match DeepFunding’s contribution, supporting a brainstorm/hackathon & AI solution development for the NSA. This will preceed the development of a blockchain-based digital asset management app for Ghana’s entire sports ecosystem.

The solution we are proposing has several aspects and phases to this real world problem of several countries (Ghana in this intial proposal) infrastructures and systems that need a transparent with privacy protections for sensitive government information. 1. A private - public contracted partnership; 2. Funding solution(s) to assist an entity that has capital infusion needs; 3. Joint partner team assessment of asset categories and managment/logistic requirements; 4. Introduction of AI into Sports systems for athlete training needs (NSA ministry public announcement in near future and JKG is under NDA restrictions on elaborating further), fan engagement, ticketing, and more but as noted legal constraints prohibit expansion of discussion at this time, 5. Community development of open source asset mangement back end, front end and smart contract, identity certification on Midnight where shade is needed and Cardano where full transparency is acceptable e.g. equipment for football pitch maintenence can be a transparent asset but the payment from ministry to the worker maybe should be shaded or private. 6. Tested, audited DApp that is open source and can be utilized by other ministries or countries with similar challenges.

This partnership proposal between JKG, the NSA, DeepFunding, Cardano and the community of builders we will foster relationships with will bring exposure and relations with an entire countries sports infrastructure in this RWA management project. By extension the reach will be to over 80% of the entire population of Ghana as statistics indicate 80% of Ghanians follow football (soccer) avidly. And, this is just one sport.

Few projects have the ability to project and reach as much of a countries population as Adansie Asset Management does. It will introduce Cardano blockchain to the general population and specifically government employees as asset inventory and mangement is established and fans as ticket systems are explored and fan sponsorship and reward dapps are established, to professional and elite athletes are performance data managed, & also will be a strong test case for Midnight in a government ministry use case for sensitive data needs such as payment rails to suppliers and athletes.

A large focus of what this proposal will do is reach out to a large population of Ghana via sports but also with sub outreach projects to the countries youth via sports engagement and with the creation of jobs during the modernzation, blockchaining, asset enrollment and inventory efforts. The thousands of athletes already enrolled in the 54 sports Federations will be impacted and potentially directly by a sister JKG proposal to develop the AIT - Athlete Identification Token. These athletes include thousands of amatuers of all ages, hundreds of elites and a handfull of professional athletes including football, rugby, weightlifting, boxing and esports. The project will have reach throughout the world as we reach out to the Ghana diaspora in fan support systems that will be developed.

Should the community see fit the (outside this proposal auspices) one of the major stadiums could be licensed under a sponsorship partnership deal for naming rights. Imagine the Cardano Stadium in Accra or the Midnight Stadium in Kumasi or a combo Cardano Midnight Stadium for impact on the country, the African Continent and the entire Cardano ecosystem.

JKG has a tiered approach of senior mangement, developers on staff and free-lance or gig in country engineers. The senior management has two Wall Street tested founders and business success stories and seasoned Cardano project founders. We also have a co-founder who is a Ghanian athlete and current womens weight lifting record holder, trained health professional, coach and enables our diplomatic relations with the ministry. JKG also has two skilled and experienced Ghanian diplomed engineers, coder, developers on staff with ties to local Universities to mangage and navigate the technical side. JKG has also developed partnerships and sponsorships with Rejuve Bio for athlete development and the International Board of Ethics to assist with ethical data use.

3. Report and outline developed in partnership with NSA on methodology of asset identification and id mangement system. As a side note on Public Information the Ghana Government recently enacted legislation creating an NSA Asset and Revenue Task Force. This Task Force comprised of several ministry departments including NSA, Police, National Security and others is tasked with identifing lost, abandoned, cooped and unknown properties as well as begining to enforce revenue laws eg. every health club or gym is supposed to pat a tax to the NSA. We anticipate we may liason with this task force to identify, inventory and develop a system on chain with certain transparency levels.
