Cardano lags competitors (BSC, Avalanche, Base) by lacking a full-service launchpad. Teams rely on fragmented tools/scripts, pushing launches to other chains and hurting adoption, TVL, and retention.
We’ll integrate Cardano with TrustSwap and run a white-label launchpad with STORM incubation and MLabs integration, delivering KYC fundraising, token tools, and a discovery hub.

Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
Problem
Cardano lacks a dedicated, full-service token launchpad that can attract high-quality projects, facilitate compliant fundraising, and streamline onboarding for developers and investors. Competing ecosystems (e.g., BSC, Avalanche, Base) have leveraged launchpads and token management suites to significantly accelerate adoption, TVL growth, and builder activity. Without an integrated platform, Cardano risks losing market share and seeing projects launch their fundraising on other chains, reducing ecosystem retention and growth potential.
Today, entrepreneurs and Institutions looking to execute standard operations in token and liquidity Management are forced to use individual web tools and obscure scripts in order to perform these tasks - Many of these organizations do not have the developer resources needed to for these to work with their systems. Ultimately, this limits builders, investors, and liquidity providers from being involved in the Cardano ecosystem, and drives business toward other blockchains.
Solution
We propose to integrate Cardano into the existing TrustSwap platform, and to build and operate a Cardano White-Label Launchpad: A fundraising and incubation platform combining TrustSwap’s proven infrastructure, STORM Partners’ incubator and marketing expertise, and MLabs as a Cardano development firm for seamless protocol integration.
The platform will offer secure, KYC-enabled fundraising, token management via Team Finance tools, project vetting and incubation, a discovery hub for the Cardano community, and cross-chain capabilities to attract broader liquidity.
We propose to deliver two products in parallel:
Both solutions share the same audited modules (Cardano native token flows, vesting/locking, on-chain verification, KYC/AML, allowlists, dashboards) and funnel projects and investors into Cardano.
Technical Architecture Overview
Built on TrustSwap’s proven multi-chain infrastructure and adapted specifically for Cardano, the launchpad will provide a seamless experience for both project teams and investors, removing technical, compliance, and visibility barriers that often slow adoption.
Note: TrustSwap Dashboard can be found here for reference
Operational Framework
The operational model combines proven processes with targeted Cardano ecosystem strategies:
By combining TrustSwap’s operational expertise with STORM Partners’ track record in venture acceleration and ecosystem growth, and MLabs as a dedicated Cardano integration partner for blockchain-specific development, we ensure both the technology and the market adoption sides are fully addressed.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
The Cardano White Label Launchpad will directly strengthen the network’s position in the competitive L1 landscape by:
Additionally, Cardano’s integration into TrustSwap will benefit the ecosystem in the following ways:
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Proven Track Record
With over 82 launchpads and more than $100 million raised for various crypto projects, TrustSwap has successfully established a notable presence in the cryptocurrency launchpad sector. Team Finance helped bootstrap ecosystem growth and enable seamless token launches across Avalanche, Algorand, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), and Base, delivering measurable adoption and TVL growth.
STORM Partners brings deep Cardano expertise and a history of working with top-tier accelerators like Venture Hub and CV Labs, alongside successful execution in marketing and ecosystem strategy.
MLABS brings Cardano Technical expertise, garnered through its partnerships with many other Cardano products, Auditing track record, and considerable open source footprint. MLabs will ensure that the technical milestones will be delivered to the highest degree of quality and security.
Feasibility Validation
The architecture and operational model are already in production in multiple ecosystems, significantly reducing execution risk. TrustSwap case studies across 4 major L1s confirm strong market demand and measurable results:
These outcomes demonstrate the ability of a professional, compliant launchpad to transform ecosystem growth. Impact that can be replicated and scaled within Cardano.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
This proposal delivers a production-ready launchpad with an established user base for Cardano without the cost and delays of building from scratch. TrustSwap’s infrastructure has already proven its ability to generate measurable results in other L1 ecosystems by increasing TVL, onboarding thousands of users, and attracting high-quality projects.
By adapting this infrastructure to Cardano, we reduce execution risk, shorten time-to-market, and create recurring revenue streams from launch fees and incubations that can be reinvested into ecosystem growth. The budget directly funds the technical deployment, infrastructure, marketing, and operational capacity required to make the platform functional and competitive from day one.
This value comes from delivering a working, compliant, and market-ready launchpad and token management toolkit that can start generating adoption and capital inflows within months.
Terms and Conditions:
Yes
Our proposal will deliver a dual-track growth engine for the ecosystem:
Full Cardano integration inside the TrustSwap dashboard will allow Cardano projects to instantly tap into TrustSwap’s established multi-chain user base and deal flow.
A Cardano-first white-label launchpad, powered by the same proven infrastructure, will offer a fully branded, compliance-ready fundraising and incubation hub.
This combined approach ensures Cardano gains both immediate exposure to a global launchpad audience and a dedicated, long-term platform tailored to its unique ecosystem. The architecture has a proven record of onboarding thousands of token holders, raising tens of millions in capital, and securing billions in locked value. And we expect the same for Cardano.
Operated by a coalition of experienced players, the platform will provide secure, audited, and fully KYC/AML-compliant token launches.
By funnelling TrustSwap’s existing community into Cardano launches, this initiative will attract high-quality builders, institutional and retail investors, and long-term liquidity. Together, these capabilities position Cardano as a first-choice network for Web3 innovation, capable of competing head-to-head with leading L1 ecosystems.
