Strica will deliver the Typhon Wallet native multi-sig upgrade with our in-house team-- Cardano protocol engineers, cryptography/multi-sig specialists, front-end/wallet integration engineers, and deployment/operations experts-- bringing deep experience in CIP standards, hardware wallet integration, transaction discovery, and secure production deployments.

  • **Ashish Prajapati – Project Lead & Security/Governance Liaison: **Owns delivery, feature prioritization, and stakeholder coordination. Ensures the multi-sig design meets governance, security, and UX requirements; coordinates with external partners and community auditors; and drives release readiness and documentation.
  • **Pavan Vora – Multi-Sig / Cardano Protocol Engineer: **Designs and implements CIP-1854 key derivation, native script construction, policy builder logic, and deterministic transaction formats. Owns correctness of script generation (M-of-N, timelocks), multi-sig signing flows, and protocol compatibility testing.
  • **Prashanth Soordelu – Frontend & Wallet Integration Engineer: **Leads UI/UX for the policy builder, transaction discovery dashboard, signer workflows, and hardware wallet integrations (Ledger, Trezor). Implements clear signer status, partial-sign UX, import/export flows, and the developer/deployment docs for interoperability.
  • **Mehul Prajapati – Deployment Engineer: **Responsible for packaging, CI/CD, secure key-handling guidelines for self-hosters, monitoring, scaling, and incident response. Ensures production readiness, secure defaults, and reliable updates for the hosted/self-hosted deployments.
