Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano?
We target French and European companies that have both ESG and innovation priorities:
Mainly finance, consulting, industry, and tech sectors, as well as tech SMEs seeking fast Web3 onboarding. Inside these organizations, our primary personas are HR and Learning & Development teams, CSR/ESG departments, CIOs and innovation leaders, who decide training and technology budgets.
But also companies with a technological fibre that want to have a good time with colleagues while learning more about blockchain, representing an addressable market of over 15,000 seminars per year in France and Europe.
We will reach them through Teams Connect’s existing B2B network (500+ corporate clients and 40+ leading companies in Europe), our strong inbound flow for ESG and AI workshops, and our presence at professional team-building trade shows in France. The team building will be integrated into our Qualiopi-certified training catalog, promoted via targeted B2B campaigns (emailing, LinkedIn, HR/L&D media) and a referral program allowing Cardano community members and partners to recommend the format to their corporate contacts.
This matters for Cardano because it puts the blockchain directly into the hands of non-technical decision-makers who control ESG and innovation roadmaps. Each session becomes a concrete touchpoint where managers, HR and CIOs experience Cardano’s low-carbon PoS model, NFTs and real ESG projects instead of just hearing about them in theory. This creates a pipeline of potential PoCs and pilots (green finance, traceability, digital identity), new mainnet activity and fees, and publicly shareable data on adoption. In short, we turn corporate ESG awareness into a practical adoption funnel for Cardano, positioning it as the reference blockchain for climate-conscious businesses.
Provide a list of key activities of your project:
Design the “Carbon Footprint with Cardano” learning journey and game mechanics, linking ESG themes with concrete Cardano use cases.
Select and document relevant Cardano ecosystem projects (low-carbon PoS, green finance, traceability, NFTs) to be showcased in each game module.
Create all educational content: challenges, quizzes, scenarios, facilitator scripts and debriefing materials in French and English.
Produce high-quality visual and UX assets (cards, boards, icons, dashboards) aligned with Cardano and Teams Connect brand guidelines.
Implement the full game flow in the Teams Connect app
Integrate simple on-chain interactions for participants (e.g. wallet creation, basic NFT minting, delegation simulation) in a safe, guided environment.
Run internal playtests and iteratively improve game balance, clarity of blockchain concepts and user experience.
Organize a pilot session with a corporate client, collect qualitative and quantitative feedback, and refine the format.
Prepare Qualiopi certification materials so the team building can be integrated into corporate training programs.
Develop the go-to-market toolkit: sales deck, product sheet, demo video, web page, and dedicated B2B campaigns (emailing, LinkedIn, HR/L&D media).
Present the format at professional team-building trade shows and through a referral program with Cardano community partners.
Deliver the first wave of corporate sessions and publish aggregated KPIs and lessons learned for the Cardano community.
What are your success metrics?
Our success will be measured by:
15+ corporate sessions delivered and 750+ employees reached in 12 months.
At least 200 wallets created/activated during the game.
Participant satisfaction ≥ 4/5 and NPS ≥ +40.
50%+ of participants improving their blockchain/ESG quiz score after the session.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
For most employees, blockchain remains an abstraction. Without concrete, real-life experience, Cardano never enters their business conversations.
The Carbon Footprint – Powered by Cardano team building is an immersive and educational experience designed to raise corporate employees’ awareness of reducing their carbon footprint while discovering the principles and use cases of the Cardano blockchain.
Over 1h30 to 2h, participants — corporate employees, divided into teams of 6 — start with a virtual “carbon credit” corresponding to the average emissions of X people.
Their mission: reduce this carbon balance by completing a series of themed modules linked to concrete ecological actions… and their equivalents in the Cardano ecosystem.
Each module links an ESG theme to a Cardano blockchain scenario, connecting environmental awareness to technological education:
Learning by doing : To progress, each team must learn more about blockchain, and discover the many possibilities already offered by it through presentations of specific, themed projects.
In addition, the saved kCO₂ becomes “voting power” to select a real ESG action to be implemented in the company — a direct metaphor for Cardano’s decentralized governance system.
Strong ESG link : Position Cardano as the blockchain of reference for companies concerned about their carbon footprint.
Integrated educational modules: Interactive tutorials and real-world use cases (finance, supply chain, digital identity) are built into the game to illustrate Cardano’s practical applications.
Cooperation and competition: The format fosters teamwork and collaboration, while motivating participants through a leaderboard.
Inspired by our successful AI workshops — where creating a comic book or a song helped simplify complex concepts — the Carbon Footprint with Cardano team building opens the door to a new corporate approach combining fun and learning.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Through the Carbon Footprint with Cardano educational game program, we transform corporate seminars into concrete touchpoints with the ecosystem, with no software development. Each session:
Key pillars for positive impact:
The Carbon Footprint – Powered by Cardano team building turns ESG awareness into a blockchain adoption lever. By immersing thousands of professionals in a fun experience where every action reduces their virtual carbon footprint, we bring the Cardano blockchain to life within a concrete, engaging scenario.
Through this approach, participants not only discover Cardano’s technical fundamentals, but also real projects from its ecosystem dedicated to green finance, responsible traceability, and environmental governance.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
A proven track record of successful technological team-building deliveries
Teams Connect is a company specializing in the creation and facilitation of team buildings, established for over 5 years, with offices in Paris, Lyon, and Annecy, in France.
The team building we are developing combines a technological training game (a product we already master, see our AI games below) and our ESG-focused games, which are in particularly high demand from companies:

Our internal teams, supported by freelancers for specific tasks, can easily absorb this additional workload, and our project managers are used to managing complex projects over several months.
Teams Connect internally creates 2 major team buildings each year and 6 smaller ones. We already have a strong appetite for technology and for using applications — simple or complex — to bring our games to life.
In summary, our track record proves that we can deliver ambitious technological team buildings and manage medium-term creation budgets. The Carbon Footprint with Cardano is fully aligned with this expertise, with its deliberately fun and educational approach — a hallmark of our company.

Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources
Total Project Cost : 60 000 ADA
1/ Ressources humaines : 46 000 ADA - (76%)
2/ Certifications : 4 000 ADA - (7%)
3/ Communication : 10 000 ADA - (17%)
**In case the price of ADA increases, we will offer additional services. **
These additional services will involve the online deployment of another type of game mechanic. Instead of capturing animals, players will be immersed in the Risk universe, capturing territories in real time to ensure global domination over other teams.
Territories are captured in the same way: identifying them, solving a mini-game, and positioning them on a shared online map. Each territory is represented by an NFT object that can be collected to combine territories.
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
Investing 60,000 ADA in this project means:
Each ADA committed acts like a high-yield seed — immediate (education, visibility) and future (corporate projects, network fees, adoption).
**Beyond the game: why the Cardano “showcase” triggers concrete corporate actions: **
1/ Fun discovery
• What participants experience: open a Lace wallet, mint a CIP-25 NFT, delegate 2 ADA to a pool.
• Business trigger: “Oh? A transaction costs <0.2 kWh and <€0.002” → PoS is compatible with Net-Zero goals.
• Potential follow-ups (6–18 months): internal SPO registration to green the company’s portfolio; Green IT workshops comparing PoS vs on-prem cloud.
2/ Under the hood” explanation
• What participants experience: discover Cardano’s formal methods and engineering approach.
• Business trigger: understand that Cardano meets ISO-27001 & DORA security/resilience standards.
• Potential follow-ups (6–18 months): decentralized identity PoC (Atala PRISM) for HR; traceability registry PoC (CIP-68) for supply chain.
3/ Tokenomics simulation
• What participants experience: see a micro in-app market: buying hints, burning tokens
• Business trigger: visualize “programmable finance” logic without accounting risk.
• Potential follow-ups (6–18 months): pilot project for a loyalty or internal “green credits” token; treasury workshop on using an ADA-backed stablecoin for inter-branch payments.
4/ Regulatory alignment
• What participants experience: MiCA → public ledger, low footprint; CSRD/ESRS → Scope 3 traceability.
• Business trigger: CSR department identifies Cardano as a natively ESG-compatible reporting tool.
• Potential follow-ups (6–18 months): tokenized e-Liability (CO₂ tracking) PoC on Cardano; purchase of tokenized carbon credits (Veritree / IWA) and burn on-chain.
Corporate Flywheel Effect
Conservative estimate: 1 companies (out of 15) launch a €100k PoC in year 2 → €100k invested in the ecosystem, already >150% of the grant amount.
Total converted at €0.50/ADA = €30 000: 20× less than a global corporate hackathon (~€600k for 500 people, PwC 2024).
French Market Reality and Spending Justification
Assuming 1 ADA = €0.50 (as at project drafting in early November 2025) to anticipate currency fluctuations, here is the cost breakdown by type, correlated with actual French market rates:
