[Your Project and Solution] Solution
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
**Perceived Problems: **
- Cardano Woman Indonesia getting ready to strengthen the international relationship and preparing internal feasibility for the future
- Identifying capacity building of Indonesia and welcoming FPs from Project Catalyst to market and expand their capability– no database and dedicated team
- Critical Informations needed to do analysis and reports officially distributed among members.-- lack of resources.
- Well educated professional of Cardano Woman Community unable to find their scope of work in term of Cardano Blockchain
- No governance for this woman community, harder to address potential governance actors onboard.--less purpose and limited missions.
Our Approaches:
- By involving specific gender we accommodate SDG values implementation.
- By having a database and information we acknowledge the potential entities to market in Indonesia.
- By having official translation based on slang and differentiation between east, middle and west will have guidelines and create governance that could support Cardano Governance.
- By having informed of LLCs that has been populated by previous proposal, we are able to continue our progress:
- Bandung Empowerment Proposal on Fund14
- Legal Engagement and ADA compliance Indonesia
- Onchain Job Marketplace Indonesia
- All proposals are able to be executed on our timeline and scheduled.
Reasons:
- Our Community has grown and each proposal submitted has a different composition of team, with roles and dedicated individuals.
- Proves that we are growing in volunteer based, dedicating times for Cardano Woman Indonesia which comes from diverse backgrounds.
- LLCs still limited and not informed about Cardano Blockchain specifically, and FPs got the same situation too. We believe this proposal will make the previous legal proposal of StormPartners to have easier operation if they still operated specifically with Cardano Ecosystem. Broadening their impact and bridging their specific needs.

Positive Impact to Cardano Community
- Cardano Community Abroad able to see what is visible for them to enter the Indonesian Market.
- Cardano Community Locally able to deliver true value what is eligible and what is considered to be a valid business innovation or just an innovation that still has limitations.
- The Cardano Community can foresee what kind of narratives to push forward to the local government of Indonesia.
In terms of Measurable Outcomes, we decide to pursue the On chain metrics based on:
- Succeed 10 integration in several phases with local/global LLC; MoUs, Cooperation, Collaboration
- Succeed 10 communication with Funded Projects fund 12,13: MoUs, cooperation, collaboration
- Enhance the participation through wallet creation for the events/workshops

[Final Pitch] Value for Money
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
Informal Due Diligence for Local Community that can be utilized for decentralized meaning. Keeping the house of conduct norms while preserving Cardano Governance with women on decentralization values.
Various legal and regulations items will be drafted and find their way for FPs to enter the new market of Indonesia, and vice versa.
We require some budget to spend dominantly for analysis and showcase the projects in order, by specific niches and future analysis for Cardano Woman Indonesia and Indonesian Hubs, supporting Cardano Indonesian Town Hall. An effort to show our transparent and wholehearted means toward the Cardano Community in global and not giving preference to the existing and massive TVL of Cardano Projects, but giving attention to new funded proposer and community’s preferences that has been proven by Project Catalyst choices.
As we want to give more than we take, we try to decentralize values that are held on for several Funds, waiting for the right moment to show that we still need support and contribute directly for everyone’s benefit. There may be lovers and haters, as Cardano Woman Indonesia will keep growing and dedicate the works for the Cardano Governance as well.
With Love- Cardano Woman Indonesia.
