Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano?
Who:
Our primary targets are industry-defining enterprises within two core mobility sectors:
How:
We will bypass the noise of cold outreach by leveraging our established network and status as a "Trusted Advisor" to key industry players. Our approach is to utilize our internal CRM and direct relationships to invite decision-makers from existing and past clients to exclusive "Innovation Briefings" (our workshops), ensuring high-level attendance and engagement.
Why:
Attracting a single major enterprise like Bosch or Alstom to build on Cardano provides an unparalleled return on investment for the ecosystem. The consistent, high-value, and predictable transaction volume from one enterprise solution, such as managing maintenance logs for a rail fleet or tracking battery components for an OEM, can far exceed the activity of thousands of individual retail users. This validates Cardano as a robust enterprise-grade platform, establishes a powerful success story to attract other industrial players, and creates a ripple effect of credibility and adoption across the entire global mobility sector.
Provide a list of key activities of your project:
Industry Analysis: Deep dive into mobility and transportation blockchain opportunities (≥5 use cases).
Stakeholder Mapping & Partnership: Form strategic partnerships with relevant Cardano ecosystem projects.
Curriculum Development: Develop tailored executive workshop (≥4 hrs) and technical webinar (≥1 hr) curricula.
Corporate Outreach: Execute targeted engagement with ≥5 major mobility/transportation organizations.
Workshop Delivery: Deliver ≥1 bespoke corporate workshop and ≥1 virtual webinar.
Content Refinement: Continuously refine educational content based on participant feedback.
Ecosystem Facilitation: Facilitate connections between engaged organizations and Cardano ecosystem partners when requested.
Final Reporting: Produce a comprehensive final project report.
What are your success metrics?
Industrial Analysis Report: 1 (Published, Open source)
Workshop Content Developed: ≥4 hours
Webinar Content Developed: ≥1 hour

Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
Mobility and transportation sectors face inefficiencies from fragmented data systems, limited interoperability, and insecure credential management, hindering seamless multi-modal transit and logistics optimization.
The mobility and transportation sector—encompassing Automotive, Rail, and Public Infrastructure—faces a "Data Crisis of Industry 4.0." These industries are paralyzed by a critical knowledge gap: while they urgently need to digitize supply chains to meet regulations like the EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) and ensure safety-critical asset transparency, they lack the strategic understanding of how decentralized technologies can deliver this without compromising efficiency, costs, security and safety. Current centralized solutions create data silos, leading to "Provenace Gaps" where enterprises lose visibility of components, resulting in for example, inefficiencies, counterfeit risks, and compliance failures.
The solution is a structured, high-value educational and consulting program designed to overcome the inertia in the mobility and transportation industry regarding blockchain adoption. It addresses the problem (knowledge gap and lack of strategy) by providing two core deliverables:
Strategic Executive Track (The "Why"): We deliver workshops for decision makers at major Rail Operators (e.g., Deutsche Bahn, Altstom), OEMs (e.g., Daimler, Audi), and Tier-1 Suppliers.
Technical Implementation Track (The "How"): We provide deep-dive seminars for Systems Engineers, Safety Managers, and IT Architects.
By combining INVENSITY's deep industry expertise with targeted Cardano education, the solution ensures the information is relevant, compliant with industry standards, and immediately applicable to real-world challenges like multi-modal transit, logistics, and secure data exchange.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
The positive impact focuses on enterprise-grade growth and validation:
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
INVENSITY is an ISO-certified innovation consultancy with 250+ employees and active Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with major German OEMs and Rail Operators. We are "in the room" where these decisions happen.
Feasibility Validation: Feasibility is validated through a structured process:

Person hours required: 15 (At USD 40 per hour)
Additional Softwares, IT infrastructure, etc. possibly required: USD 400
Description: Overhead costs for IT infrastructure, specialized software, and administrative support necessary for a 6-month enterprise-focused project.
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
The ₳60,000 investment represents exceptional value by targeting a high-leverage, high-impact sector with a proven, enterprise-grade consulting firm.
High-Value Target Audience: The cost secures the time and expertise of senior consultants required to engage senior technical management at major mobility and transportation organizations. This access is essential for driving enterprise adoption.
Leveraging Existing Infrastructure: The project leverages INVENSITY's existing corporate network, maximizing the reach and impact of the funding. The budget is for specialized content creation and delivery, not for building a network from scratch.
Open-Source Deliverables: A significant portion of the project's output (workshop and webinar curricula) will be released as open source, providing a permanent, high-quality, industry-validated educational toolkit for the global Cardano community.
Future Revenue Potential: Success will lead to follow-on, non-funded enterprise engagements for Cardano-based solutions, creating a sustainable, long-term adoption pipeline that far outweighs the initial grant.
