Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano?
We target non-technical corporate teams and decision-makers in France and Europe: HR and Learning & Development teams, innovation and CSR managers, CIOs, and business units in finance, consulting, and tech SMEs. These are the people who shape internal training agendas, choose technology partners, and decide whether blockchain will be tested—or ignored—inside their organizations.
But also companies with a technological fibre that want to have a good time with colleagues while learning more about blockchain, representing an addressable market of over 15,000 seminars per year in France and Europe.
We will reach them through Teams Connect’s existing B2B network (500+ corporate clients), our website and SEO/Ads campaigns, outbound commercial actions, and our participation in professional team-building and HR/innovation trade shows. Dedicated Cardano content (articles, webinars, demo videos) and a referral program with Cardano community members and partners (SPOs, DEX testnets, identity providers) will amplify visibility and generate qualified leads.
This matters for Cardano because it places the blockchain directly in the hands of corporate decision-makers, not just developers or crypto enthusiasts. By turning a 2-hour seminar into a guided on-chain experience, we lower the psychological barrier to adoption and create concrete opportunities for PoCs, internal pilots, and future mainnet projects. Each session generates new educated users, on-chain activity, and decision-makers who see Cardano as a credible option.
Provide a list of key activities of your project:
Define learning objectives and key Cardano concepts for non-technical employees
Design the “Wallet Quest on Cardano” story line and cooperative puzzles
Produce game materials: safe, locks, investigation kits, player booklets, visuals
Configure Cardano testnet wallets used in the game
Integrate the game flow into our team-building platform with facilitator tools
Run internal playtests and one pilot session with a corporate client, then iterate
Prepare and complete the Qualiopi certification process for this training game
Create B2B sales kit, demo video, and marketing content for launch
Present the format at professional team-building trade shows
Deliver corporate sessions, track KPIs, and publish impact reports for the Cardano community
What are your success metrics?
Our success will be measured by:
15+ corporate sessions delivered and 750+ employees reached in 12 months.
At least 200 wallets created/activated during the game.
Participant satisfaction ≥ 4/5 and NPS ≥ +40.
50%+ of participants improving their blockchain/ESG quiz score after the session.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
For most employees, blockchain remains an abstraction. Without concrete, hands-on experience, Cardano never enters their business conversations.
Our proposal is an innovative corporate team-building format that transforms a 1h30 to 2h fun session into a true practical initiation to the blockchain ecosystem and to Cardano.
Objective: to make the Cardano blockchain tangible for non-technical audiences (managers, HR, CIOs, sales teams) by putting them in real-life usage situations, while strengthening their team cohesion.
The mission: as a team, recover the security phrase of our crypto wallet, locked inside our safe. At each stage of opening the locks, participants learn more about how blockchain works.
Brief : Participants, in teams of 6 to 8 people, discover that they own a Cardano crypto wallet containing ADA… but have lost their seed phrase.
This recovery key is locked inside a physical safe (a 30cm x 20cm wooden box) secured with several padlocks.
To open them, they must complete a series of educational challenges and puzzles about the Cardano blockchain, covering its protocols, use cases, and advantages.
Each successful challenge earns them a piece of the combinations leading to the recovery of their key.
The investigation :
The teams receive their mission, a locked safe, and an investigation kit (physical and digital clues). The tension rises: they have 90 minutes before their wallet is “destroyed.”
The safe has 5 different locks and a final coded box to open inside.
Blockchain exploration: retrieve the exact balance of an ADA address to understand Cardano’s transparency and transaction traceability → Code for the 1st lock.
NFT & marketplace: identify specific NFTs linked to virtual objects to discover how NFTs work and their concrete uses on Cardano → Code for the 2nd lock.
Energy comparison: analyze the environmental cost of different blockchains to understand the advantages of Cardano’s Proof of Stake architecture → Code for the 3rd lock.
**Decentralized digital identity: **access a blockchain digital identity by providing the required proofs, raising awareness of security and data protection → Code for the 4th lock.
**Transactions and fees: **perform testnet ADA transactions and calculate fees to understand the network economy → Code for the 5th lock.
Final resolution
Once all the locks are opened, the seed phrase is recovered and the team “saves” its wallet. A collective debrief highlights the key learnings.
**Learning by doing : **Participants handle Cardano concepts (wallets, transactions, NFTs, DIDs) in a playful and collaborative context. Each blockchain-related puzzle comes with a guide in their booklet, enabling them to build skills while playing.
Integrated educational modules : Interactive tutorials and real-world use cases (finance, supply chain, digital identity) are built into the game to illustrate Cardano’s applications.
**Cooperation and competition : **The format encourages teamwork and collaboration, while boosting motivation through a leaderboard.
**Inspired by our successful AI workshops **— where creating a comic book or a song made it possible to simplify complex concepts — the Crypto Quest team building opens the way to a new corporate format combining fun and learning.
Conclusion
Crypto Quest converts curiosity into adoption by bringing blockchain to life for thousands of professionals while strengthening their team cohesion. We adapt a proven game mechanic to make it the preferred Cardano presentation kit for Learning & Development teams, with zero development risk, while generating clear metrics on community growth.
Crypto Quest is at once:
Thus, even a completely novice audience leaves with a clear vision of:
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Through the Crypto Quest educational game program, we transform corporate seminars into concrete touchpoints with the ecosystem, without any software development. Each session:
Key pillars for positive impact:
Showcase effect: By integrating Crypto Quest into seminars and team-building sessions, we expose blockchain to HR executives, CIOs, and leaders who decide innovation budgets.
Experimentation and adoption: First steps or rediscovery of the Cardano blockchain through gameplay; progressing through the scenario actively transfers knowledge and fosters adoption.
Measurable KPIs over 12 months: Based on data from our other team-building formats (rallies, AI workshops), we can anticipate 15 signed contracts to run this team building in companies, representing around 750 employees experiencing blockchain possibilities.
Multiplier effect on internal innovation: The playful format sparks curiosity: after the game, companies request POC workshops (supply chain, identity, green finance). Initial testnet contacts are already a step toward mainnet deployments, generating volume and network fee revenue for Cardano.
Strengthening the network and synergies: Thanks to our Qualiopi certification and partner network, we can reach a wide range of companies, from SMEs to large international groups (+40 leading companies in Europe). A referral program will also allow the Cardano community to recommend the game and receive a commission, creating a virtuous cycle of dissemination and adoption.
Enhancing Cardano’s value for institutional stakeholders: Recognition of our approach through quality labels (Qualiopi) and the publication of public audits contribute to building Cardano’s credibility with regulators, training bodies, and institutional players, opening the door to new markets and public funding.
Expected outcomes for Cardano:
In summary, Crypto Quest acts as a catalyst for Cardano adoption and innovation by transmitting blockchain knowledge through play. It positions Cardano as a reference blockchain for businesses, while strengthening the cohesion and skills of participating teams.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources
Total Project Cost : 60 000 ADA
1/ Ressources humaines : 46 000 ADA - (76%)
2/ Certifications : 4 000 ADA - (7%)
3/ Communication : 10 000 ADA - (17%)
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
1. Investing 60,000 ADA in this project means: :
Each ADA committed acts like a high-yield seed — immediate (education, visibility) and future (corporate projects, network fees, adoption).
Beyond the game: why the Cardano “showcase” triggers concrete corporate actions
1/ Fun discovery
• What participants experience: open a Lace wallet, mint a CIP-25 NFT, delegate 2 ADA to a pool.
• Business trigger: “Oh? A transaction costs <0.2 kWh and <€0.002” → PoS is compatible with Net-Zero goals.
• Potential follow-ups (6–18 months): internal SPO registration to green the company’s portfolio; Green IT workshops comparing PoS vs on-prem cloud.
2/ Under the hood” explanation
• What participants experience: discover Cardano’s formal methods and engineering approach.
• Business trigger: understand that Cardano meets ISO-27001 & DORA security/resilience standards.
• Potential follow-ups (6–18 months): decentralized identity PoC (Atala PRISM) for HR; traceability registry PoC (CIP-68) for supply chain.
3/ Tokenomics simulation
• What participants experience: see a micro in-app market: buying hints, burning tokens
• Business trigger: visualize “programmable finance” logic without accounting risk.
• Potential follow-ups (6–18 months): pilot project for a loyalty or internal “green credits” token; treasury workshop on using an ADA-backed stablecoin for inter-branch payments.
4/ Regulatory alignment
• What participants experience: MiCA → public ledger, low footprint; CSRD/ESRS → Scope 3 traceability.
• Business trigger: CSR department identifies Cardano as a natively ESG-compatible reporting tool.
• Potential follow-ups (6–18 months): tokenized e-Liability (CO₂ tracking) PoC on Cardano; purchase of tokenized carbon credits (Veritree / IWA) and burn on-chain.
Corporate Flywheel Effect
Fun discovery of PoS and NFTs → removal of blockchain fear..
Internal request for PoCs (green finance, traceability) → innovation budgets of €50–300k per client.
Production transactions → new network fees, press coverage (“Company X launches on Cardano”).
Conservative estimate: : 1 companies (out of 15) launch a €100k PoC in year 2 → €100k invested in the ecosystem, already >150% of the grant amount.
76% in production : salaries aligned with French daily rates (€500–€760/day), verifiable via platforms (Malt, Freelancerepublik).
7% quality : Qualiopi certification — essential for convincing CIOs to open their networks to Cardano.
17% in communication : In order to generate interest in the project and increase its visibility, and therefore that of the Cardano ecosystem
Total converted at €0.50/ADA = €30 000: 20× less than a global corporate hackathon (~€600k for 500 people, PwC 2024).
