Does your project have any dependencies on other organizations, technical or otherwise?
No
Describe any dependencies or write 'No dependencies'
No dependencies. CSWAP can deliver all technical and operational components independently. Saga DAO’s role in selecting projects and running campaigns is part of the joint initiative but is not required for CSWAP to complete its Catalyst-funded deliverables.
Will your project's outputs be fully open source?
No
Please provide details on the intellectual property (IP) status of your project outputs, including whether they will be released as open source or retained under another licence.
The project outputs will not be fully open source. All intellectual property related to the Cardano–Saga DAO portal, UI components, backend integrations, and operational logic will remain proprietary to CSWAP. However, any components that interact with Cardano standards will follow open documentation so other ecosystem teams can integrate if desired. No closed-source elements will restrict Cardano dApp participation, and all usage will remain permissionless.

Describe your established collaborations.
We have an established collaboration with Saga DAO LTD, the largest DAO in the Solana ecosystem and the primary community representing the Solana Mobile ecosystem with 200,000+ verified, Sybil-resistant users. Saga DAO will select five high-potential Cardano dApps to participate in its incentivized testbed and promote them across its Solana user base.
CSWAP will build the Cardano × Saga DAO Portal, the official submission point for Cardano projects seeking to join the Saga testbed. This portal allows any Cardano dApp to apply, and leverages Saga DAO’s Sybil-resistant wallet infrastructure to ensure real user feedback from verified Saga participants.
On the backend, the system will associate Saga DAO's Sybil-resistant user wallet with a corresponding ADA-compatible wallet for testbed participation. This preserves Sybil resistance while enabling Cardano-native rewards, interactions, or onchain tracking during the test cycles.
CSWAP will also provide mobile-friendly Cardano onboarding for Saga DAO community members through a mobile-ready web portal or optimized documentation, enabling seamless entry into the Cardano ecosystem.
This collaboration creates the first meaningful bridge between Cardano builders and a mature, high-signal Solana user community, unlocking real cross-ecosystem adoption and growth.
Describe funding commitments.
CSWAP is funding initial planning, coordination, and early design work for the Cardano x Saga DAO portal. Saga DAO contributes community access, project selection, promotional support for the five selected Cardano dApps, and valuable assets from their treasury to incentivize Solana user participation.
All technical development—including the portal, backend, frontend, infrastructure, onboarding pipeline, and cross-chain submission logic—is delivered entirely by CSWAP. Saga DAO’s role does not require engineering resources and does not affect CSWAP’s ability to complete the Catalyst-funded deliverables.
There are no additional financial commitments required to execute the project. Catalyst funding is necessary for building the portal, deploying it, and supporting Cardano projects entering the Saga DAO testbed.
Describe your key performance metrics.
• Cardano Projects Applying Through the Portal
Number of Cardano dApps using the Cardano x Saga DAO Portal to submit for the testbed.
• Saga DAO Selected Projects

Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
CSWAP will build the Cardano x Saga DAO Portal, a dedicated cross-chain access point that allows any Cardano dApp to apply for exposure to Saga DAO’s 200k+ ecosystem of Solana Mobile users. This portal becomes the official bridge for Cardano builders to enter the Saga incentivized testbed.
Saga DAO, the largest DAO in the Solana ecosystem, will then select five strong Cardano projects for its incentivized user-testing program. These projects will receive direct exposure to 200k+ seasoned Web3 users outside the Cardano bubble, providing crucial real-world feedback, visibility, and traction.
To support user onboarding, CSWAP will provide mobile-ready web portal or documentation facilitating Cardano wallet setup so Saga DAO users can easily interact with Cardano dApps for the first time.
This solution directly addresses the problem:
Cardano dApps currently lack meaningful visibility in the Solana ecosystem and have limited access to experienced cross-chain Web3 users. By connecting Cardano builders to Saga DAO’s large and active community, the proposal unlocks a new adoption channel, strengthens product-market fit validation, and brings non-Cardano users into the ecosystem.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
This initiative gives Cardano projects access to one of the largest and most active Web3 user communities outside the Cardano ecosystem. By connecting Cardano dApps to Saga DAO’s 200k+ real Solana users, the project enables real cross-chain exposure, new user acquisition, and practical product-market fit validation, areas Cardano currently lacks.
Five selected Cardano dApps will receive incentivized testing and promotion through Saga DAO, delivering immediate visibility and actionable user feedback from a mature Web3 audience. At the same time, the Cardano x Saga DAO Portal creates an ongoing, permissionless access path for any Cardano project to engage with Solana-side users.
This cross-ecosystem connection expands Cardano’s reach, increases awareness among non-Cardano Web3 users, and drives the creation of new Cardano wallets through Saga user onboarding. The result is stronger adoption signals, better PMF discovery for builders, and a sustainable pipeline of future Cardano x Solana collaborations. This proposal directly strengthens Cardano’s interoperability posture and accelerates real-world usage of Cardano dApps.
This proposal directly advances Cardano’s Interoperability: Cross-Chain strategy by creating a sustainable pathway between Cardano and the Solana ecosystem, the first dedicated Cardano → Solana ecosystem access point.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Our team has a proven track record delivering complex, production-grade infrastructure on Cardano, including a live AMM, indexing pipelines, backend systems, full-stack dApp development, and mobile-friendly UI/UX. Each core team member (CEO, COO, CTO, Head of Development, Frontend Architect) has years of experience building blockchain software with high reliability and transparent delivery processes. CSWAP already operates mission-critical systems in production, demonstrating consistent execution, operational maturity, and accountability.
We follow a milestone-driven approach with clear deliverables, testable outputs, and public transparency. All Catalyst-funded work will be documented, version-controlled, and deployed using established CI/CD processes. Because the Cardano x Saga DAO portal is fully engineered by CSWAP, delivery does not depend on external teams for technical components, ensuring predictable execution.
Feasibility has already been validated through early coordination with Saga DAO, confirmation of their selection process, and confirmation of the eligibility and workflow for Cardano dApps entering the testbed. CSWAP has already validated alignment with Saga DAO leadership. Portal functionality and user-submission flows have been technically mapped, and we will validate each stage through incremental internal testing, user-flow simulations, and direct feedback from Saga DAO before public deployment. This ensures the solution works as intended and provides high confidence in successful delivery.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
The cost of 300,000 ADA represents strong value for the Cardano ecosystem because it delivers a complete, production-ready cross-chain portal connecting Cardano dApps to Saga DAO’s 200k+ Solana user base. This initiative provides Cardano developers with access to an external Web3 community that is larger, more active, and more diverse than typical Cardano user groups, creating a high-leverage adoption opportunity that has not existed until now.
All technical development is performed by CSWAP, ensuring efficient use of funds and predictable execution. The budget directly supports backend infrastructure, frontend UI, submission workflows, mobile onboarding, and project-selection tooling—components that create a permanent, reusable pathway for Cardano projects to gain cross-ecosystem visibility.
By enabling Saga DAO to select five Cardano dApps for its incentivized testbed and offering an open portal for any Cardano project to apply, the initiative drives real user engagement and strengthens Cardano’s product-market fit signals. The number of users reached and wallets onboarded provides measurable return on investment, while the portal itself becomes a long-term asset that future Cardano builders can use at no additional cost.
This project provides high strategic value for a modest budget by expanding Cardano’s reach beyond its existing user base and creating sustainable cross-chain growth without requiring ongoing funding.
