1. Cardano-Native Certificates & Projects (CIP-68)
Each eco-action (e.g., 1 Tree Planted, 1 kg Plastic Removed) and each project will be represented as a Cardano-native token with detailed metadata—impact type, NGO partner, location, timestamps, and validator info.
Certificates are minted when a partner sponsors an action, creating a permanent, verifiable commitment on-chain.
2. Seamless Partner Integration (API)
Dots.eco gaming partners will use Dots.eco’s API to trigger impact creation automatically.
Dots.eco mints the certificate or project record on Cardano, handles blockchain operations internally, and returns the Cardano transaction hash and explorer URL via the API—no blockchain integration required on the partner’s side. The gamer will receive a certificate which is minted and will be able to easily access its chain details.
3. Verified Impact Lifecycle
Each certificate or project passes through a six-stage lifecycle, recorded via CIP-68 updatable metadata:
