With Masumi we've already created the network for AI Agents to interact with each other. Now what we're lacking is a good amount of Agents that use Masumi, to make the network attractive.
We as Serviceplan Group will develop and deploy over 100 new agents on Cardano by registering them on the Masumi Network. Then we will make them available & market them to our customers.

Describe your established collaborations.
We as Serviceplan Group are working with
and many others.
Describe funding commitments.
Masumi, the platform we'll be using to deploy agents on Cardano has been funded through 2 different streams so far:
You can see our committment to this project in our yearly report: https://www.house-of-communication.com/de/en/newsroom/2025/07/serviceplan-group-2024-2025-fiscal-year.html
For this specific proposal, since it has nothing to do with develoment of the Masumi platform itself, we're going to comit funding the agents development and deployment fully through this Project Catalyst funding.
Describe your key performance metrics.
We are measuring and focusing on the following KPIs:
Total Transactions on Cardano
Total Registered Users on Sokosumi
Total Amount of Agents registered on Sokosumi
Most of these KPIs are available on https://explorer.masumi.network/
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
At Serviceplan Group (more specifically Plan.Net Studios) we are going to develop over 100 AI Agents that solve a need for our customers and make them accessible on the Masumi Network.
This means we will not be using this Catalyst fund to advance the Masumi Protocol any further. Instead we'll focus on getting traction on Masumi by offering more agents and marketing those agents to our customers.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
By creating these solutions utilizing the Sales Marketing power of Serviceplan Group, who has made it a key objective to bring many more transactions to Cardano by onboarding lots of Web2 enterprises.
Already today we see lots of interest in the Enterprise world and lots of media coverage.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
We at Serviceplan Group have thousands of employees and know well how to build Software and how to sell it to customers.
We have already built 40 agents at this moment and deployed them on Cardano.
Milestone Title
Develop & Deploy First 20 Agents on Masumi
Milestone Outputs
Delivery of the initial 20 fully functional agents designed to perform core tasks on the Masumi platform. These agents will establish the baseline architecture, interaction logic, and standards for all subsequent agents, ensuring consistency across the project.
Acceptance Criteria
Each of the 20 agents must pass functional, stability, and integration tests. They should demonstrate predictable behavior, communicate effectively with the platform’s API, and maintain acceptable performance under controlled load conditions.
Evidence of Completion
A deployment log confirming activation of all 20 agents, a testing summary documenting successful validation of each agent, and platform-level verification showing that all 20 agents are live and functioning as expected.

Milestone Title
Develop & Deploy Next 20 Agents (Total: 40)
Milestone Outputs
Creation and deployment of an additional 20 agents that build on the initial design framework. This batch will expand overall system capabilities and increase coverage of required use cases, ensuring a balanced distribution of functionalities across Masumi.
Acceptance Criteria
All 20 agents must demonstrate operational stability, meet performance benchmarks for response time and accuracy, and integrate efficiently with the existing agents without creating conflicts or degradation in system behavior.
Evidence of Completion
Updated platform dashboard showing 40 live agents, documented performance reports confirming stable operation of the newly added agents, and QA validation indicating that the system continues to operate correctly at scale.

Milestone Title
Develop & Deploy Next 20 Agents (Total: 60)
Milestone Outputs
Deployment of another 20 agents that enrich the overall ecosystem with improved reliability and enhanced capabilities based on earlier testing feedback. This milestone strengthens the mid-stage agent network and refines workflows.
Acceptance Criteria
Agents must pass detailed QA checks, including accuracy validation, error-handling assessments, and responsiveness testing. They should demonstrate consistent interaction patterns and maintain compliance with project-wide functional specifications.
Evidence of Completion
A comprehensive QA report showing successful validation of the 20 agents, updated system metrics confirming stable performance with 60 total agents, and deployment records verifying that all new agents are active and integrated.

Milestone Title
Develop & Deploy Next 20 Agents (Total: 80)
Milestone Outputs
Introduction of 20 additional agents aimed at broadening system coverage and supporting more complex interactions. This milestone grows the agent population to a robust 80, enabling broader scenario support and deeper functional diversity.
Acceptance Criteria
All new agents must maintain consistency in output quality, meet latency requirements under varied usage conditions, and demonstrate seamless interaction with previously released agents. No major functional gaps or stability issues should be observed.
Evidence of Completion
Performance monitoring logs confirming operational reliability, verification data from the Masumi platform showing 80 active agents, and documentation summarizing test results and quality standards met by these agents.

Milestone 5: Develop & Deploy Final 20 Agents (Total: 100)
Milestone Outputs
Completion of the final batch of 20 agents, bringing the full deployment to 100. These agents finalize the required set of functionalities and complete the full spectrum of capabilities defined in the initial project plan.
Acceptance Criteria
All 20 final agents must meet complete functional alignment with project specifications, exhibit stable interactions, and maintain high accuracy, performance, and reliability across both isolated tests and integrated workflows.
Evidence of Completion
Final deployment summary including verification of all 100 agents active, system health reports confirming stable operation at full scale.

Milestone Title
Documentation Completion
Milestone Outputs
Creation of clear, organized, and comprehensive documentation covering all 100 agents. This includes functional descriptions, interaction flows, configuration details, dependencies, maintenance guidelines, and instructions for future updates or enhancements.
Acceptance Criteria
Documentation must be accurate, easy to navigate, and sufficiently detailed for developers, operators, and stakeholders. It should provide full clarity on how each agent works, how they interact, and how to troubleshoot common issues without requiring external guidance.
Evidence of Completion
Delivery of a finalized documentation package accessible through a shared repository or platform. Approval from the project lead confirming completeness, clarity, and readiness for long-term reference and operational use.
The documentation can be on the platform and does not have to be a document.

Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources
The total budget of 750,000 ADA, calculated at a cost of $0.40 per ADA (~$300,000 USD), is allocated over a 12-month period and is primarily dedicated to covering human resources.
At an average cost of $7,000 per month per contributor, this budget supports approximately 3.5–4 full-time team members for the full duration of the project.
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
Launching 100 autonomous agents provides immediate and compounding value to Cardano by driving real, sustained on-chain activity and expanding adoption.
Each agent is expected to generate 100–5,000 transactions depending on its complexity and frequency of interaction.
Across 100 agents, this results in:
Low estimate: 10,000 total transactions
Mid estimate: 100,000 total transactions
High estimate: 500,000 total transactions
This level of activity strengthens Cardano through increased fees, higher chain utilization, and richer data for scaling and analytics.
Beyond the technical impact, the involvement of Serviceplan Group adds significant strategic value. As one of Europe’s largest marketing and communications networks, their participation:
Brings global visibility to Cardano
Accelerates enterprise onboarding for AI + blockchain use cases
Provides professional-grade storytelling and PR amplification
Establishes Cardano as a leader in the emerging agent economy
Together, the technical output (100 active agents) and the marketing/onboarding impact from Serviceplan make the project a high-leverage investment for ecosystem growth.
