Describe what makes your idea innovative compared to what has been previously launched in the market (whether by you or others).
Agent Luki introduces a new category in Web3, DeCRM (Decentralized, Tokenized Community Relationship Management), redefining how projects and creators build, measure, and sustain community relationships on-chain.
Core Innovation Theme: DeCRM
While traditional CRM tools are centralized and data-driven, DeCRM transforms community management into a token-based, verifiable, and participatory process. It bridges the gap between token economics and human relationships, making trust, engagement, and loyalty transparent, measurable, and co-owned by all participants.
Feature-Level Innovations
While existing Cardano projects have made progress in token distribution and staking infrastructure, NONE have addressed the relational layer between projects and their communities. Agent Luki is going to be the trailblazer in the DeCRM realm; there is no existing direct rival in the same stratosphere.
Dripdropz, for example, focuses on bulk token airdrops but operates outside social platforms, lacking the immediacy and interactivity required for community engagement. SundaeSwap’s incentive mechanisms center on DEX liquidity and staking but provide no tools for direct social participation. Similarly, Genius Yield and Genius X IDO emphasize capital formation and yield optimization rather than sustained creator–community relationships.
Agent Luki complements rather than competes with these systems by introducing a “social-first” layer to Cardano, embedding verifiable, token-based engagement directly into communication channels, starting with Telegram.
Across other blockchains, platforms such as Galxe, QuestN, and Zealy have built extensive user-engagement ecosystems, yet each has critical limitations. Galxe’s campaigns are externally hosted and only partially verifiable on-chain; QuestN automates reward distribution but lacks native on-chain logic and social integration; Zealy remains fully off-chain, serving as a Web2-style leaderboard without transparency or provable participation records.
Agent Luki bridges these gaps by making community engagement both socially native and cryptographically verifiable, leveraging Cardano’s eUTXO model to anchor every campaign action, creation, claiming, and yield sharing, directly on-chain.
Cardano’s eUTXO model, low-cost transactions, and emphasis on formal verification make it ideal for verifiable community interactions.
All key actions within the Agent Luki ecosystem, from Quest creation, claim validation, and refund execution to Vault staking and yield distribution, are executed on-chain. These transactions represent not just token movements, but the proof of trust, participation, and value exchange between creators and their communities. By anchoring these processes to the blockchain, Agent Luki ensures every interaction is transparent, auditable, and tamper-proof, removing the need for intermediaries or manual verification.
Unlike off-chain systems where token rewards or engagement metrics can be manipulated, Cardano’s deterministic and concurrent-safe eUTXO model guarantees that every claim and distribution follows predefined rules, preventing double spending, race conditions, or reward duplication. The platform’s formal verification approach provides strong security assurance for community funds, while low transaction fees make frequent social interactions, such as micro-reward campaigns or community quests, economically viable at scale.
Without on-chain execution, these processes would rely on centralized databases or custodial services, exposing users to opaque rules, delayed settlements, and potential misuse of funds. Cardano’s on-chain architecture eliminates these risks by turning community relationships into verifiable, self-enforcing agreements, where fairness, transparency, and accountability are embedded directly in the protocol.

Prototype Overview
The MVP will demonstrate a complete end-to-end experience of Agent Luki, from creating a Quest, executing the on-chain transaction, to claiming and refunding tokens , all performed directly within the Telegram Mini App interface.
The prototype will be deployed on the Cardano Testnet, accessible through a public Telegram Test Group.

Quest Creation:
Users can initiate a Luki Quest in the Telegram Mini App by specifying:
Upon submission, the backend constructs a token distribution datum, describing allocation logic and expiry time. A single UTxO is created on Cardano Testnet, locking the tokens with the attached datum at the Luki Quest script address. This UTxO represents the active Quest state. A transaction ID (e.g., f0a1...b23c) is returned to the user for verification on Cardano Explorer.
Token Claim (On-Chain Execution)
Group members open the claim link inside Telegram. The Mini App prepares and submits a claim transaction that consumes part of the Quest UTxO and outputs the user’s share to their wallet. Each claim updates the remaining UTxO datum to reflect new balances and participant count. The interface shows real-time progress and displays the claim transaction hash.
Refund Process (On-Chain Execution)
When the Quest expires (≥24 hours after creation), the creator can click “Refund Remaining” in the Mini App. The backend prepares a refund transaction that consumes the remaining UTxO and returns unclaimed tokens to the creator’s address.
Verification & Transparency
Every Quest state (creation, claim, refund) is represented by a verifiable UTxO on the Cardano Testnet. Users can view transaction hashes and script addresses through “View on Explorer” links.
Describe realistic measures of success, ideally with on-chain metrics.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
Agent Luki addresses the long-standing disconnect between Web3 projects and their communities by introducing a decentralized, tokenized relationship management model (DeCRM), a framework that reimagines how communities build trust, reward participation, and sustain value over time on-chain. The goal is to make Cardano’s powerful decentralized infrastructure accessible through the social channels people already use every day.
Through Luki Quest, project teams can create verifiable, on-chain token distribution campaigns that run directly within familiar social environments such as Telegram. Each Quest begins with an off-chain preparation phase, where a distribution datum and metadata are generated and attached to a UTxO on the Cardano testnet. The claim and refund actions then execute fully on-chain, ensuring transparent and traceable token movement. By integrating these processes into a Telegram Mini App, users can participate in decentralized airdrops, community rewards, and engagement campaigns without handling complex wallet operations or transaction details. This hybrid model bridges Web2 simplicity with Cardano’s UTxO-based security, lowering barriers to Web3 participation while retaining full auditability.
Beyond one-time engagement events, Luki Vault extends this model into long-term community value creation. It enables creators and supporters to pool or stake assets collectively, distributing yields and rewards transparently within the same social ecosystem. In this way, short-term incentive programs can evolve into self-sustaining community value networks, aligned with Cardano’s vision of inclusive and trustless finance.
All critical actions: distribution creation, UTxO-based claim validation, refund logic, and Vault yield updates are executed and verified on the Cardano blockchain, ensuring transparency, cost-efficiency, and data integrity across the entire lifecycle of a community campaign. The combination of decentralized ledger assurance with social-native usability turns complex DeFi actions into accessible, human-centered experiences.
Use Case
Risks & Mitigation
Like any decentralized application, Agent Luki must anticipate potential technical and adoption-related risks and address them proactively.
One key risk is smart-contract failure, which could result from coding errors or unexpected UTxO state behavior. This will be mitigated through rigorous internal testing on the Cardano testnet, independent security audits, and staged feature releases that limit on-chain exposure during early phases.
A second risk involves Telegram API policy changes, which could impact how the Mini App or Bot interacts with users. To prepare for this, the backend architecture is designed to be modular and platform-agnostic, enabling quick migration to alternative social interfaces such as Discord or a standalone web portal if needed.
A third potential issue is Blockfrost API rate limiting or downtime, which might temporarily affect transaction submission or data synchronization. To mitigate this, the system will employ multi-provider fallbacks, combining Blockfrost with Koios or self-hosted Cardano nodes, along with real-time rate-limit monitoring and request queuing to ensure reliability.
Finally, there is user adoption risk, the challenge of encouraging non-technical users to engage with on-chain tools. Agent Luki will counter this through early user testing, guided onboarding flows, and integrated tutorials that explain each transaction step in clear language. Incentivized testnet campaigns will be conducted to collect feedback and iterate on UX before large-scale rollout.
Together, these measures (multi-provider redundancy, rate-limit monitoring, external security audits, and continuous user testing) create a robust foundation that ensures both technical resilience and long-term adoption sustainability for Agent Luki on the Cardano ecosystem.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
While Cardano offers one of the most advanced infrastructures in blockchain, with strong security, decentralization, and scalability, its ecosystem still faces a gap in mainstream user adoption compared to other chains.
Our team believes that the key to solving this lies in lowering the entry barrier for Web2 users and creators to interact with Cardano applications. By enabling seamless, intuitive, and social-native engagement, we can attract more everyday users into the ecosystem, which in turn encourages developers to follow the demand, creating a healthy growth cycle.
Agent Luki, as the innovative DeCRM service, acts not just as the bridge and catalyst, but also as the “flame sustainer” in this process. It empowers projects to easily reach and reward their communities through token-based engagement, while allowing users to participate with one click inside familiar environments like Telegram: no wallets, scripts, or complex setup required.
What makes Cardano particularly well-suited for this vision is its deterministic eUTxO model, low-cost micro-transactions, and formal verification tooling, which together ensure every Quest or Vault interaction is transparent, auditable, and resistant to double-claims or replay attacks.
Unlike account-based chains, Cardano allows fine-grained state control for each claim and refund action, ensuring verifiable fairness and security in community-driven reward systems.
Through this dual-sided design, combining Cardano’s verifiable transaction model with Agent Luki’s social-native UX, we aim to drive real user adoption, increase on-chain activity, and make Cardano a more vibrant and accessible ecosystem.
