Cardano needs a better communication model for on-chain network participants. Liquid governance works best if users are informed.
Cardano dRep, and SPO delegates need a way to stay informed on their SPO, and dRep descisions. Our solution will not only notify, and educate these users. We'll also incentivize participation.

Infrastructure
Describe what makes your idea innovative compared to what has been previously launched in the market (whether by you or others).
Current Cardano front-ends only allow you to delegate to a dRep, or SPO. You're able to see basic information. but you have to use other resources to see what your dRep has voted on, or if your SPO has changed pool fees. There's no application that sends you a notification when your dRep votes, and tells you exactly what they've voted on with their rationale. The lack of valuable information when delegating to a dRep or an SPO has directly led to a centralizing force Cardano's voting power. Current wallet providers have attracted hundreds of millions of ADA in dRep delegation by actively promoting their own dRep ID, rather than educating their users so that they would make their own decisions.
We've already built a dashboard, a levelling system, a smart-contract that mints web3 Profiles and an education portal in Atrium. Each dRep and SPO can have a Profile page that lives inside Atrium. Users can view these pages to see dReps voting stats, delegate their voting power, view their recent proposal descisions, and even follow them to stay up to date. For SPOs users can view their page to stake to them, see their block history, or see any changes to their pool. We can leverage our levelling system to incentivize users to stay up to date with their dReps actions. We can reward users with XP for delegating to a dRep for the first time, we already do this when users stake to a stakepool. We can reward users with XP for giving a thumbs up, or thumbs down on their dReps descisions. We can also reward user for reviewing their dReps rationale after they vote.
Our solution innovates by increasing the connection that SPOs, and dReps have with their delegates. Lending to a more educated governance community. No platform exists today on Cardano that integrates all this essential info into one easy to use fully functioning dashboard.
Describe what your prototype or MVP will demonstrate, and where it can be accessed.
We've already launched a live Cardano mainnet app in production. Once this proposal is finished, it will all be live at https://atrium.io. During the completion of this proposal, it could also be live for testing at https://alpha.atrium.io.

Describe realistic measures of success, ideally with on-chain metrics.
The largest success that will come from this proposal is the ability for Cardano delegates to stay up to date with their SPOs, and dReps. This will allow them to make quick descisions on whether their dRep, or SPO is acting in their best interest. Over 80,000,000 ADA is delegated to retired pools, with a simple solution like this, regular delegates would be notified to switch to another stakepool.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
This year we launched https://atrium.io, a dashboard with unique smart-contracts that gamify Cardano, makes it user friendly, and teaches you blockchain as you use it.
Currently there isn't a great place for Cardano users to stay up to date with their SPOs, or their dReps without all of the fluff that comes with using normal social media platforms like X. For Cardano Governance to reach it's full potential, delegates need to be informed on the descisions made by their SPOs and dReps. If it's not in their best interest, the best thing they can do is simply move their stake to another dRep, or stakepool.
With this proposal we'll give users the ability to stay informed, and also provide feedback. All Cardano users that log into Atrium will immediately get notifications on if their stakepool has retired, changed their fees or pledge. They'll also get notifications from their dReps, what they've voted on, if they haven't voted, or if they have retired. These users will even have the option to give their dRep a thumbs up, or thumbs down on their descision.
Not only will we keep users informed, every SPO and dRep will now have Profile pages in Atrium. These pages will show their stakepools stats, or voting history. Users that are looking to change dReps, or SPO will be able to view their history directly in their Profile page. We'll also create challenges directly in the Atrium platform to incentivize users to delegate to a dRep, comment on their dReps descisions, and stay up to date with Cardano Governance.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Our proposal will not only make it easier to stay up to date with Cardano Governance, it will lead to more informed users overall. The more educated our community is on Governance, the more higher quality descisions we'll make as an ecosystem.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Our team already has a proven track record, both within Cardano and beyond. We have designed, built, integrated and open-sourced two smart-contracts and one Typescript binary for the Cardano community. All of this code is already live, in-production, and proven on Cardano mainnet through the atrium.io website, and the open-source code can be verified on github: https://github.com/atma-community
We have already built the dashboard to facilitate validation, and display all of the features that we plan to build in this proposal, so validating the features on testnet won't be a problem. Connections and interactions need to be developed, but the foundation has already been laid with the launch of Profiles and the Atrium platform. Dreps will be able to connect their Drep or SPO credentials to their Profile, unlocking the Drep or SPO capabilities of the platform.
Milestone Title
Technical Specification & Front-end Designs for Profile Connection to dRep & SPO Keys
Milestone Outputs
This milestone will deliver a technical specification that shows how we're going to connect SPO & dRep keys directly to @Profiles minted by the smart-contract. This milestone will also deliver the front-end designs that dReps, and SPOs will eventually use to connect their keys to their Profile.
Acceptance Criteria
This milestone should be accepted given that the technical specification details a solution for connecting dRep & SPO keys to @Profiles, and the front-end designs show the process of connecting your keys from start to finish.
Evidence of Completion
To demostrate that this milestone is complete, our team will supply a technical specification in PDF format that details the integration, and we'll also provide a folder of various images that show the connection process from start to finish.

Temperature check designs, dRep delegation, dRep list integrated, + challenges
Milestone Outputs
For this milestone we'll add a dRep list page into Atrium. This page will allow you to view all of the dReps, and you'll be able to delegate directly to a dRep from this page. We'll also add a challenge into the Atrium leveling system for delegating to a dRep. We will also submit the design for tempature check voting. This is a design for a feature coming in a later milestone that will allow you to thumbs up, or thumbs down a dReps descision.
Acceptance Criteria
This milestone should be accepted given that the team provides evidence they've shipped a dRep list page into Atrium on Cardano's preview network, and you can also delegate to a dRep. When doing this, the user should also complete a challenge for delegating to the dRep, and be rewarded XP. The team should also provide the designs for tempature check voting.
Evidence of Completion
To demostrate milestone completion, the team will create a video showing off the dRep list integrated into a test version of Atrium on Cardano's preview network. In this video the team will delegate to a preview dRep, and provide the on-chain transaction link associated with the delegation. In this video we'll also show that a challenge was completed for this dRep delegation. The team will also provide a folder with designs for the tempature check.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
A complete Cardano community experience that supports on chain entity communications with delegators, promotion, and social interaction doesn’t exist. We have to do better, and make it easier, to increase user engagement and participation in these critical aspects of Cardano.
You have explorers that show SPO info, you have dedicated drep platforms that show (some) governance info, but none combine them all into a unified, easy to use platform for all aspects a cardano user should be keeping up to date with, that also incorporates all wallet features. We need a friendly UI that educates and highlights why unfamiliar concepts like governance and staking are important.
By giving better tools to dreps to showcase their participation, allowing users to both see and engage with their dreps, and allocating more xp giving challenges to our active community for engagement, we aim to reward drep participation in Atrium. In the past few months, we have had over 85,000 challenges completed by our community. The traffic we aim to bring to governance is hopefully significant, and along with it bring further education and familiarity with the process.
