2. Funds Locked Until Job Completion: An escrow system based on smart contracts that ensures the safety of money holding until the agreement of both parties that the job is done.
3. Automated Payouts: The payment is released automatically by the system once the job is confirmed, thus eliminating the need for any third party intermediaries.
4. Off chain Work Verification: The proofs of work (files, documents, or activities) can be verified outside the chain, and the results can be recorded on the chain for transparency and integrity.
5. On chain Talent Score: A reputation system that is transparent and could not be altered is stored on-chain to avoid manipulation and provide reliable evaluations.

We acknowledge that our Indonesian ecosystem readiness divides into 2, the first is that human resources have a language barrier for professional work and the second is the professionals without a platform to be recognized beside grants and funding mechanisms. This platform is unique compared to traditional and recent web 2 platforms as the existing web 2 often reflect less transparent and high middleman cost as an outsource agent.

Our proposed solution for building Decent Gigs a real wolrd addoption marketplace for Gigs worker and Employer who need to connect with trust less but still verifiable via Atala Prism, use also Cardano as On top blockchain stack, and implement USDM as eosystem token payment.

Verify jobs, experience gigs and fund release handle as onchain with force employer to depositing their fund to escrow contracts which is guarante that the employeer is needed that jobs to be done, and the bidder winner received only when their jobs is in proofable and accepted by the employer via signer.

Implementation of USDM token payment for more rich ecosystem for USDM token. wether have Peer to Peers chat auto setup using mesh sdk and signer as autenticate and peers handler, lower fee and fully decentralized by design.

This platform's main goal is to link talented people from all over the world to different projects in the Cardano ecosystem, thus bringing up the adoption, utility, and on-chain activity as well.

The following are the positive effects this platform will have on Cardano:

1. Professional sector using the Cardano blockchain more will lead the user base of the Cardano blockchain to grow.
2. The linking of global talent to projects in the Cardano ecosystem, which includes startups, dApps, and decentralized organizations (DAOs), will be facilitated.
3. The finding of skilled workers by companies and communities will be easier which, in turn, will lead to the accelerated growth of the ecosystem.

Our team has robust skills in Web3 app creation, digital identity merging, and community powered platform creating. Our history in the Cardano Indonesia ecosystem, together with technical know-how in system design and project management, gives us a firm ground to execute this project with great levels of trust and accountability.

Every development activity will be done in a transparent manner through constant updates, full documentation, and open-source code on GitHub. With our combined power and participation of Tutut Indah and friends, we agreed to have an agreement and compiled our ideas beneath the Cardano Hub Indonesia and a perspective of financial feasibility from Fanny Wijaya as Cardano Ambassador Indonesia.

The Financial Viability will engage a sustained revenue model of ROI, capital required from business owners rather than workforce to add more cost just to get a job. Fanny Wijaya has engaged several times meeting with Tutut in the arena of Cardano Woman Indonesia, achieving standards of Woman Empowerment in Indonesia and agreed to proceed with the initiatives. The insight was: Ambassadors often present projects to come to their monthly meeting, foresee the potential project that is suitable for the community. In 2 months, this proposal was successfully made.
