Background

Opening the door toward Cardano Blockchain Technology and following up the Constitutional Workshop that was held at ITB University a couple months before, directly attracted multiple keys of interest. The Institute will commence this tracer study program and maximize all features that can be adopted as a benchmark toward all other Indonesian universities.

Our benefit’s solution to the problems breakdown:

1. Previous elected governance unable to delegate functional system for Alumni Association
   1. Cardano governance displayed role model and the existence of Private DAO enable Alumni Association to implement technical considerations

Why we are unique:

1. The first university level- world ranking #255 that adopted its faculty alumni association toward Cardano blockchain Technology, a “spiritual awakening” from Indonesia’s top university.
2. Dedicated team members and potential governance actors onboarding to the platform, and a chance to introduce Cardano Ecosystem in a practical way.
3. Our team, composed by the collaboration of Cardano Hub Indonesia experiences with Catalyst Fund, and members arise from Past Constitutional Workshop Bandung, Indonesia last year. Showing true commitment toward governance participation.
4. Cardano is positioned in Bandung campus and able to have space for free if the project is funded, able to use a room for campus hub.
5. Mini MBA programs become favorites toward other universities and become prestige programs nationally.

Project Engagements will benefit the key stakeholder and put concern to including the next proposal of Catalyst Fund to be well prepared, ensuring a free and decentralized community(not attached) to the predecessor project. MBA ITB Alumni Association committed to help the alumni to onboard the Catalyst and other Grants from Cardano specific.

This project will affirm the previous successful Draper’s universities, as our campus is able to open networks with governments and private sectors, our alumni professionally positioning are strategic in many of government enterprises. Each classroom in our campus building is sponsored by the alumni’s company's big brands as well as the elevators. The commitment of this project will sustain at least 4 years ahead, since the new elected President of the alumni association was established.

Support for Cardano Community Growth in term of Qualitative Metric

1. By having Web-based platform, enable more community onboard from Alumni members of MBA ITB Alumni Association as well as other faculties.
2. By Tracer Study research’s findings and recommendation from this project’s proposal, we can provide integrated information on the Institute and alumni member ecosystem to show alignment between curriculum and professions in the real world.
3. By having Business Listing and NFT Membership, the alumni members and students are encouraged to learn and practice more.

Randy went from Reviewer till the very Funded Proposer from Fund 10, and Fund 13. The involvement of his works regarding Constitutional Convention, Constitutional Workshops, Intersect Civic Committee and Delegate of Indonesia.

Governance Capability

1. School of Business Management(SBM): MBA ITB Alumni Association replicate the same model of Intersect’s Committee to show real dedication and following role models.
2. New President for MBA ITB Alumni (Master Degree) elected in June 2025 with a governing period of 4 years. Accompanied by representative from Civic Committee as Vice President of MBA ITB Alumni Association.
3. Tracer study data that is important to the SBM as an educational institution has been delegated to the MBA ITB Alumni Association to track and keep the profile of alumni, relevancy between student satisfaction and their study course.
4. Populating alumni from MBA ITB from Batch 1 till Batch 71 (2025) with 6000 alumni and still adding.
5. The House Hold Budget of MBA ITB Alumni Association also included: Program committee, membership committee, budgeting committee, marketing committee, steering committee, and working group for each new alumni to join the application.

Our Deliverables before Project’s end period:

1. Specific promotion of Minter Page Private NFT to new onboarding alumni on their last semester period of study by email marketing.
2. NFT as Voting requirements will be applied for the next Presidential Alumni election, core team election. Publish on Whatsapp Group Of MBA ITB Alumni Association.
3. Activating Governance Page to accommodate the election process of the Committee and monitoring the election period.
4. We will mix the distribution of funding requests as the regulation of Indonesia stated, to give them by ADA and IDR. This will require another promotion toward all university classes from the 1st till now ( university class 71). Deliver by social media campaigns.
5. Another activity to market the Discount to be used by all business partners or professionals in Alumni Organization if applicable. Deliver by announcement on websites and whatsapp.
6. Treasury withdrawal can serve the interest of many people in the private ecosystem such as regular social gathering and operational expenses.

Accountability of the Project

Supporting Developer and administrator for the project Randy will be the main Project Manager to control this private DAO in terms of technical issues and other requests from the internal ITB alumni association ( Inti Inti Sharr as President).

1. Make sure the transparency and prosperity of some activities that are included in the proposals, while
2. Keep engaging the other university to use the similar product as it is being successfully funded for national scale. This will be the effort to make it a sustainable independent entity.
3. Initially, these efforts will enhance a better approach with the goodwill of numerous partners, and attract the entities such as KADIN and SMEs associations in Indonesia to get

This proposal is the result of Cardano Hub Indonesia Core Team Mentoring.

By the end of the Constitutional Convention last year, Cardano Hub Indonesia funded by Cardano Foundation had established the website platform and was still educating people to show its true dedication and honest work. Acknowledgement by this entity has eliminated the middleman effort. The existing Alumni association agreed to hold hands and move forward for a better future together.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?

Cost of the project will be applied for Implementations and research and development to keep a healthy ecosystem and healthy governance of MBA ITB Alumni Association.

1. Implementation of turnover and strengthening of alumni members to Cardano Community( conversion rate ).
2. Implementation of crowdfunding from the internal community to support each other's business and implementation of governance proposals carried out using native, some of which directly implement and contribute this community to Cardano Native tokens, both in the form of turnover in the treasury wallet, and design the alternative off chain for custom purposes. (Offchain crowdfund to Onchain crowdfund possibility)
3. Fee for Governance Voting Proposals, ( direct TVL conversion ).
4. Implementation of lending for internal team business development based on trust and smart contracts without collateral but still recorded in the blockchain.(Future implementation).
5. One time build and enhance the SBM ITB Website with Alumni Association Website that is maintained by alumni member( life long sustainability )
6. Operational costs will be handled by potential revenue and offchain sponsorship to the programs of the newly elected President of Alumni Association.
7. Cost savings for users in terms of one time listing and the data will be stored forever.
8. The project enables revenue streams that is anti- mainstream, utilizing Cardano Blockchain Technology and Tools, safe wallet and secure ecosystem with Private DAO.
9. Automate data tracing in the future with Findings and Recommendation, changing parameters of DID with more feasible metrics.
10. Increased Transaction on Cardano in terms of Direct TVL, utilizing wallet usage, voting proposals, and business listings that are still able to be developed in the future.
