[LAB3] Next Generation Certificates: Soulbound Identity

Problem

Cardano learners rely on forgeable PDFs or tradable NFTs. No on-chain solution exists for non-transferable Proof-of-Knowledge (PoK) credentials.

Solution

We will build an LMS integrating C2VN courses to mint non-transferable NFT certificate(CIP-68). The platform features an integrated Code Playground and AI assist for maximum skill development.

About this idea

Team

Our core team brings together experienced blockchain developers, AI researchers, and academic scholars from the University of Transport and Communications (UTC). We combine technical expertise in Aiken Smart Contracts and Machine Learning with practical experience to successfully design, build, and launch the LMS.

1- Phan Dinh Nghia - Project Manager, Full-stack Developer & DevOps Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall project timeline, resource allocation, and milestone delivery.
  • Design system architecture and directly handle Frontend/Backend integration (Full-stack).
  • Setup and maintain DevOps infrastructure (CI/CD pipelines, Cloud Server).
  • Ensure the stability and scalability of the LMS platform.

Experience:

  • Having projects funded by Fund 14.
  • 2nd Place – Student Track, Cardano Hackathon 2025.
  • 3rd Place – Scientific Research Competition: Decentralized LMS with Blockchain-based Certificates on Cardano.
  • Experienced Full-stack Developer with proficiency in Aiken (Cardano) and Move (Aptos).

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the CIP-68 Minting Policy for Soulbound Tokens.
  • Develop on-chain validation logic using Aiken language.
  • Handle full-stack integration, ensuring seamless communication between the DApp and the Blockchain.
  • Conduct internal security audits for smart contracts.

Experience:

  • Having projects funded by Fund 14.
  • 1st Place – Scientific Research Competition (AI/Data Domain Identification).
  • 2nd Place – Student Track, Cardano Hackathon 2025.
  • 3rd Place – Scientific Research Competition (Decentralized LMS).
  • Extensive experience in developing DApps and writing smart contracts with Aiken and Move language.

  • Build the AI Q&A Chatbot system using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Process and index C2VN educational data to feed the LLM.

Experience:

  • Final-year student at UTC specializing in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Earned the Samsung Certificate in Algorithms and Applications.
  • Experienced in building scalable RAG systems for document-based QA.
  • Skilled in Python, data preprocessing, and Deep Learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical documentation and user guides for the platform.

  • Excellent academic background with GPA 3.6/4.0.
  • IELTS 7.0 proficiency.
  • Proven skills in technical writing and converting complex concepts (Godot/Unity) into learning resources.
